The whole team has been amazing to work with. They got out here right away when our basement flooded and checked in daily to see how everything was drying up. They dealt directly with our insurance as well. Not only did they do great work but we genuinely felt like everyone cared and wanted to make our home safe.

I used the Integrated Restoration team when I unfortunately had a tree fall onto my roof. The customer service was second to none and I would recommend to anyone that is in need of a great company. Integrated had a great relationship with the Insurance company and took over the entire project and made it extremely easy to navigate.

We had a great experience working with Integrated Restoration to repair our roof after a storm, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their services, especially the incredible support from Kevin. He went above and beyond for us and was always quick to reply whenever we had questions, making the whole process much easier for us.

Soon after our insurance company contacted Integrated Restoration, Kevin came out to assess the damage and promptly tarped our roof. While waiting for the repairs to take place, we experienced a series of back-to-back storms and our roof started leaking. Kevin came to retarp the roof right after I called, and he made sure we got scheduled shortly after. Thanks to his quick response, we were able to avoid further leaking during additional bouts of rain.

Our roof has now been successfully repaired and looks fantastic! The crew who repaired our roof was a pleasure to work with and provided us with updates on next steps while they were on site.

We highly recommend Integrated Restoration and truly can’t thank Kevin enough for his professionalism, quick response time, and excellent customer service!

Property damage can be overwhelming, but Integrated Restoration really helps take some of the stress off. One thing I appreciate is how they handle everything with the insurance company directly. That part can be such a headache and having someone manage it makes a huge difference.

Integrated Restoration was hired to clean the ducts in our house. Not only was the work very good, efficient, and thorough but the staff of Integrated was professional and courteous from the initial quote all the way to the completion of the job.

Update to my initial poor review:

There was a lot of miscommunication that occurred on both sides and was not the fault of IR. Upon seeing my review they immediately followed up with my husband and someone inspected our attic this morning. Additionally, I was made aware of information that was previously withheld from me (think of a game of telephone where a line is kinked). I do not put that blame on IR.

Additionally, they did make us aware that the City of Eastlake did make our repair more complicated.

They have set a plan for repair of our attic.

I think this shows a level of integrity that many companies don’t have because instead of just blowing off a negative review, they responded, acted efficiently, and communicated (and realistically, they may have been communicating better this entire time but that was not being relayed to me when I expressed my intense displeasure.)

I would like to thank the team, Ricky especially, for reaching out and handling this swiftly. I would recommend IR to local friends or family.

While I haven't personally needed services at Integrated Restoration, but I’ve been incredibly impressed by Jenna's professionalism and knowledge in the field. They specialize in mold and fire damage restoration and are clearly passionate about helping people recover from some of the most difficult situations. They are approachable, trustworthy, and dedicated to getting the job done right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Intregrated Restoration to anyone in need of restoration services!

Ricky Kertis and Dom did a tremendous job on a commercial clients fire and cleanup! They are everything you need in a pinch! Responsive, honest, and hard working!

I had an appointment with Kevin to look at some water damage in my home. He arrived right on time and was great to work with. He explained what he was seeing and gave me options to remedy the problem without being pushy. Would definitely recommend.

Had the integrated team out to help with a mold issue in my mother-in-law's basement and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and honest about what did and did not need to be done to remedy the situation and make it safe for the grandkids. They were very prompt, patient, and answered all of our questions before quickly tackling the mold issue. Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely call Integrated for my next restoration emergency.

Integrated Restoration and Dom did an excellent job on basement water drainage, mold removal, clean out and wall painting. The quote gave a step-by-step procedure which Dom explained. During the process Dom stayed in touch with us with updates as the work progressed. Excellent communication. We were very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!!

These guys did a great job restoring my house when I accidentally lit the side of my garage on fire. Initially I had contracted with Servepro but they left me high and dry with the restoration work. I was struggling to get a restoration company that would return my calls. Out of the blue restoration calls me and send somebody out, they worked entirely with my insurance company to get a budget approved and start the work. They replaced drywall, repainted the whole room (and ceiling), put all new siding on my house and also came out to paint it. Their contractors across the board did excellent work, see picture. It was not a simple one step job so I urge anyone working with a restoration company to have patience as they are coordinating multiple subcontractors and contend with weather.
