I had a pipe break in my basement. I called Servpro who came out within 24 hours. They sent Robert who was absolutely amazing. He should be the face of Servpro. He was extremely professional and polite and hardworking. He put the calm in a stressful situation. Would highly recommend Servpro.

I recently used ServPro of Gateway and Western Lake County or a major flood within a historic commercial facility. From the first phone call to establish service throughout the entire service period, the team at ServPro were highly professional and outstanding! The project manager Mike and his crew were phenomenal in the care, attention, and explanation of the services we would receive. Although our basement flood could’ve been a lot worse – we had a lot of anxiety and fear about the damage that was done. The Servpro team was so professional and thorough. They made me feel at ease that they were really checking every spot and making sure that we didn’t have mold growth - and wouldn’t in the future. Had water damage and Domenic and Integrated were timely and professional. They clearly laid out their plan of action and the dryout process. Given the quick response and attention to detail, they were able to prevent large amounts of demolition and repair. Would highly recommend!

Ricky and his team were extremely helpful in cleaning up the water damage in our basement and then reconstructing the finished basement. When the flooding occurred, they answered our call immediately and were at our home within hours. We had a second water incident within weeks and they again responded immediately. Hopefully we will not have flooding in the future, but if we do, our first call will be to Integrated Restoration.

A massive undertaking.... The HOA insurance "fought" w Integrated Restoration every step of the way. Appalling!! They robbed me and my neighbors of 6 months- 15months of our time, money, and health. Integrated Restoration had to go through hoops to get substandard materials turned in to quality before they could even start to buil to Code.
Once Integrated Restoration started, the suppliers weren't much better w wasting time. However Integrated kept at it. It was a passionate fight to the finish line ... the owner of the company was hauling drywall, hammering nails, making runs to the hardware stores and suppliers for prompt delivery, and putting in locks.
The HOA tested residents & Integrated Restoration and wanted to bankrupt us ALL! However I am glad Integrated with Ricky and Tom were in charge of the rebuild. Glad it's done. 🥳

We were so blessed to have Integrated Restoration help us a few months ago when our basement had a backup! They were able to come the next day and provide us with immediate solutions! They made us feel like we were in great hands, and walked us through every step till we got our basement back! I would highly recommend them!!

I would definitely recommend Integrated Restoration. They are professional, courteous, knowledgable, and very reasonable priced. Ive used servpro before, but they do less for more money. Integrated was by far the better option. They are timely and patient and really work to repair the issue. Most of all, their honesty really put me at ease. Thanks Ricky and Danny for all your help!

Integrated Restoration was incredibly prompt in getting over to our house to assess the situation after we had a water event in the basement. They took their time to do the due diligence and enabled us to avoid the full "rip and tear" demo experience that we feared. Their responsiveness and communication was awesome. I never want to be in that spot again, but would absolutely go with these guys if it were to occur.

Ricky and his team were professional and worked fast to fix my problem. I had pipes burst in multiple places throughout my house. They showed up in a blink of an eye. They dried everything out, removed any mold, communicated with the plumber and my insurance, and then repaired all damages. The place looks better than it did before the pipes burst. I highly recommend them.

He even took pictures of the progress to show me step by step what was happening in my basement. His crew, Cole in particular, was great. He did the bulk of the work and was always on time and courteous. I highly recommend them for your repair and
