Good place to work a part time job 🙌

I'd like to make it known to anyone considering working in the cleaning/custodial field, this would be a bet. The training you recieve is top notch. This company really do care about you succeeding if this is your choice. Everyone is kind, patient and will place you where you fit best. Honest and Hardworkers would be prerequisites. Give them a call Today!

I had Merry Maids come to my house yesterday to do a deep clean. I received a half completed surface clean. A couple sections of kitchen counters had not been touched and neither was the stove top or oven. (Inside of the oven is part of the deep clean.) Bathroom fixtures were still dusty as well. I made it home as they were getting ready to leave and found that my furniture had not been vacuumed and an entire section of the house that had not been touched. I mentioned it, so one person stayed and did a few things, but still didn't complete the job and left things half clean.

My experience was terrible. I started out to hire Merry Maids to make it easy on myself by getting my parents house cleaned but got more stressed out by the double dealings of their sales rep. He was not honest and was not ethical at all.

I can't say enough good things about Merry Maids. I needed a good deep clean and help getting things to a point that I could easily keep up with things and they exceeded my expectations.

I also work from home and they are fine with me being there and working while they work.

Brittany has once again provided excellent professional cleaning services. We are very pleased to have selected Merry Maids for our house cleaning needs.

My staff person was perfect. Friendly and responsive , but not too chatty. She completely understood her directives from the office and mines. She was diligent and performed the tasks in the specified time allotment. I will definitely ask for her again. I very much appreciate her hard work!

Ingrid is assigned to us, and she is wonderful! And a shout out to Jill, the owner, who bent over backwards to send Ingrid our way and make things right when the initial experience with another team was less than satisfactory.

I believe they are experiencing the staffing shortage. The last cleaning had only one person for my large home and she spent less than 3 hours. Previously I have had 2 people and they spent roughly 3 hours. The cleaning I received reflected that, unfortunately it also included a notice that my rate would be increasing. I am disappointed and considering moving my business. I haven’t spoken to the company and will, but my service and experience has been going down.

Very dependable and careful service. We have been extremely happy with all aspects of the service. Management has always been very responsive to any of our requests and questions. They were also very good about explaining the service before we contracted and committed. I would recommend Merry Maids without hesitation.

Great service, timely communication, excellent value. Our house is always cleanest on the days that Vicky was in, making it so much easier to (mostly) keep up between visits. Money well spent.

Nicole was my cleaner this week. She did a wonderful job. She was very thorough and efficient. I hope to have her next time in December. Very pleased.

Planning and coordinating the necessary services was very easy. Online, by phone or text. The team member showed up promptly and confirmed the serviced she would be providing. She was efficient and completed the entire cleaning within the time frame specified. We would definitely use Merry Maids again.

I was not impressed. I paid $480 plus $40 in tips for a deep cleaning plus window cleaning, and they didn’t clean the wood floors under the beds (easy to access - I clean them myself all the time), and they left a lot of dust and dog hair in corners and seemed to miss cleaning my glass coffee table all together. They never introduced themselves and were not really friendly. They did do a good job on the windows and blinds, but for that much money I expected a lot more.

Always on time, never missed a day, very responsive to communications. There were some spots of dog hair that were not cleaned off the kitchen floor, still under the table. Makes me wonder if the floor was cleaned under there. House always smells nice when I come home.

Tasia did an impeccable job, my home looks and smells amazing! We will definitely be in touch for future servicing.

cleaners are polite/quiet if you have a newborn. and overall is cost effective moving forward for the service we requested.

only downside was that the first clean was a deep clean for 395, over twice the cost of our regular cleanings afterwards(it may be my memory, but i dont recall them saying the first would be a deep clean, or that it would be over twice the cost). i do hope the lady at least got 90% of that what we paid, and not the company itself, she deserves it.

Brittany has been cleaning our home for more than a year now. She is a very responsible young lady. She is always on time and very thorough. I can’t say enough good things about her. SHE IS THE BEST!!!

Hired them for a "move out clean" and they did an excellent job. They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly and left the house even cleaner than I expected, especially for the price. Will definitely use again.
