Definitely one of the worse cleaning companies we've used. The workers were using the time that we were paying them to smoke cigarettes instead of clean. Do NOT use this service if you want a clean home!

WOW! Having experienced Two Men And A Vacuum's residential service as well as their commercial services, they are truly ahead of the game! To those who may think their price is steep, i would say, you get what you pay for and they are truly top notch!

I hired this company at the last minute, so was grateful they could come. I hired them to clean my daughter and her husbands townhouse. My daughter said they did a good job, but for a small 3 bdr, 1.5 bth house, I thought 225.00 was an excessive price. I have had cleaning companies for many years for much larger houses and never paid close to that.

I wanted to relay concerns from the customer on the quality of work done for this job. I recommended your services to based on the high quality job done on my house and am not happy that they had a bad experience. Please see her concerns below:

Floors are still dirty. When walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet are getting filthy. My socks are getting filthy as well. It's like there a thick film on them.

Some of the floor was not cleaned upstairs behind the door.

Countertops still dirty.

Bathroom floors not clean.

When they cleaned the shower upstairs, they stepped on an ivory rug with their shoes and got it dirty. I washed it and it still has shoe prints on it.

Also didn't wipe down the mantel.

They called me and almost took a check off of the counter NOT made out to them. I had to tell them twice not to take it.

They did a nice job, but I felt they were a little pricey.
The place needed some scrubbing post move-out and they charged extra for the extra work.
They used all natural products which didn't deal with the clean-up as bleach or something heavier duty would. I think if they had used the proper products, it would not have taken nearly as much effort. They used the "natural products" as a selling point after I expressed my concern. What they didn't realize is that this is important to some people and not others - it wasn't as important to me as getting it done quickly and at a lower cost. The job was good, but the communication could have been better. They would be best for someone with minimal cleaning on a regular basis - I would choose another company for heavy duty cleaning.

I would like to rate this business higher, but I do not think I can in good conscious. One of the team leads came out to do the house inspection in order to create the House Cleaning Proposal. I went over all the specifications: heavy dusting, walls, ceiling fans, the number of rooms to be cleaned, etc. The team lead informed me that there would be a team to clean the house and she would be there in case there were any questions.
Issue number 1 was when I received the proposal. Rooms were not on there that I requested. I called for clarification and was told that it is not an issue, everything would be done. I accepted that answer in good faith and agreed to the terms.
Issue number 2 was the day of the cleaning. Only one person showed up to clean the house, not a team like I was told, nor was the team lead there like she told me she would be. Not a huge deal since the cleaner who was there was very nice and professional. I went through the house again with the cleaner and pointed out areas that were not on the cleaning proposal I wanted done. For the most part, everything she cleaned looked great (hence the 2 stars). After 3.5 hours at the house, she did a walk through with me to show what was done and stated she only had the floors left to do. I told her I would be upstairs on the third floor and would show her that for the next cleaning and she agreed. I was upstairs for about 20 mins and I noticed the van she drove was gone. I went to see if she left (she had) and then look over the areas she said she needed to finish. The front stairs were not vacuumed nor were the carpets in the foyer. I noticed in the master bathroom, there was dirt all along the wall and the window in the foyer was not touched. None of the ceiling fans were dusted.
Issue 3 was when I called to clarify the service was complete. I mentioned my above concerns and was told that when the cleaner's time is up, the cleaner will leave. I was also told that only one person showed up because it was a busy week and there was only one person available. As for the incomplete items, I was told that they clean off the proposal and the time allotted is based off the proposal (this is the same person who told me not to worry if anything was missing from the proposal). There was no apology for the things that were missed; instead, she told me that she would have the cleaner call me (which has not happened).
I am less than satisfied with the services rendered and after careful consideration I am not going to give this company a second chance. I will not recommend this company to others.

We live in a 50+ unit downtown condo. TM&AV have been cleaning the common areas of our building for a few months now, and we are very, very pleased. I just walked home for lunch to find one of the employees on his knees in the foyer with a spray bottle and rag, diligently cleaning the baseboards. I could have hugged him. Not only do they do a great job cleaning, but they are always friendly and have a kind word to say in passing. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are both busy professionals that work swing shifts. When we found out that his family was coming for a visit last minute, we knew we needed help. Two Men & a Vacuum were able to fit us in on short notice. They even went out of the way to change our linens. When we returned home from work our house looked immaculate and smelled amazing. You couldn't even tell that we own three cats! My in-laws were able to stay in our home and everyone was comfortable.

I am a single mom to a 2 year old, work a full time job, and also Airbnb my home whenever possible. I reached out to Two Men for a last minute cleaning as I had zero time to prepare my home for my next guests. They were there that day (somehow they squeezed me in) and did an outstanding job. The staff was professional and my home has honestly never looked cleaner. The team went above and beyond to ensure my home was more than ready for my guests. If you are an Airbnb host, I highly recommend checking them out. They understood the industry and ensured the high standards would be met. I will 100% be utilizing Two Men's services in the future.

We had Two Men & A Vacuum clean our house several times while we were staying in Columbus, and they they were both extremely thorough and extremely nice. Madry went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless, and managed to work around our two-year-old and baby while we were there. Highly recommend!

The young man who cleaned my condo several times did an outstanding job! I was amazed at the difference between this cleaning company and others. They are professional and very easy to work with. I had to cancel last minute and I felt terrible but they couldn't have been nicer. Really, my place never looked better than when they were done with it; and pretty quickly also.

What a great business and very professional which you can tell starts from the top down. Locally owned and operated which is a big plus for me! I have used many cleaning companies over the years for different projects and I must say, two men and a vacuum were very diligent in their cleaning and attention to detail! You can't go wrong with this company!
