We haven't been using Cheyenne's services for very long, but we've been quite happy and impressed with the work she does. She attends to the details, works the whole time through, and leaves us with a nice, clean home every time. And she's also quite personable - friendly to be around!

Used them for a move in clean. They did a great job and everything looked perfect after. Heidi Barrientos and Jessica Martinez were my cleaners. They were very punctual and super nice.

Real World Cleaning is a reliable, high quality, personable company. I find interactions with scheduling and follow-up to be easy, friendly and courteous. The staff who comes to my home are professional, respectful, friendly and honest. Angela is my regular service provider and she is welcoming and does an amazing job.I highly recommend this company.

The people that came to my house were nice, and it is probably fine for a standard cleaning service, but the deluxe was not worth the extra expense. Lots of details overlooked. They did offer to have them come back and correct what was missed, which is fine, but it was pretty basic stuff that was missed. My advice is to check it out before they leave, and just get the standard package.

Michelle always does a thorough cleaning of our home. She goes the extra mile to show she cares about her work. She is a likable and friendly person too!

Real World Cleaning cleans well and is a very good value. Sandy and Olivia do a really good job and are very friendly and accommodating, especially to our 2 doggies. I like that I get a text reminder a few days before the cleaning, and then also about 30 minutes before they show up. They are prompt and consistent every time. I definitely recommend Real World Cleaning to other customers.

I have a unique situation perhaps. The cleaners arrived, hours ahead of time, causing my day to be interrupted and not go as planned. I met them and hadn't been able to turn the air on ahead of time as planned, had offered to install more AC units and apologized for the heat and they assured me they deal with much warmer places. I get a text a while later saying it's too hot and they are leaving.

I was charged with 5 hours of cleaning, they had estimated 8 and I was told they did the living room, dining room and bathroom upstairs were done but nothing else...

Now, their story has changed "they completed the upstairs bathroom, the bedrooms (excluding mopping), the living room, and the dining room. The kitchen was partially cleaned, and the half bath was started but not finished. The technicians spent a total of 5 labor hours at your home."

I noticed the bathroom was cleaned, not deeply or thoroughly, the livingroom and dining room were lightly dusted, were swept and mopped- for $300. That's it. The kitchen wasn't touched, there were spider webs everywhere, food splatters on every surface, they missed sweeping a corner of the living room and ignored the dog pee spots I pointed out and all 4 bedrooms weren't started. Overall, they're unclear about what was done, their story keeps changing and gaslighting me about the situation and what actually happened. Would not recommend. I found a great cleaner for $25 an hour, who also can testify they didn't clean.

I have been so pleased with Sam and Leeann's work with cleaning my home. They don't just hit the basics, but they pay attention to details and always have a pleasnat attitude. I am an older person and can get loss in the small details. With this pair, I have been very pleased.

cleaned my house today. Mariah always does an excellent job, and also worked very hard and did a great job.

We've been customers for four years now, and we have just been so delighted with the entire RWC team. Talia and the office team always make sure that things are running smoothly, that I know when a cleaning is scheduled, and what we're going to do for holidays. There's never a surprise, and that's great for my schedule!

Melanie has been our housekeeper for all four years, and she's amazing. She's great with Odin-the-Bernedoodle, meticulous in her work, and always pays attention to the details that matter. Folks like Nicholas are always around to step in when she's on vacation or otherwise unavailable, and it's seamless.

Melanie, and the whole RWC team, make our lives easier, with no muss, no fuss, and no headaches!

I used Real World for a move in cleaning for our new house. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. For the price, it was not a very thorough clean. The bottom drawer of the stove was not cleaned and dust was found throughout the house. I was preoccupied with moving as we had a tight window so unfortunately I didn’t get to reach out right away. I also did not receive a call 30 minutes prior to the cleaners leaving like I requested so my front door was left unlocked. I will be looking for another company for all future needs. I cannot recommend.

**Update: We had Elite Home Cleaners do a deep clean (initial review) and were so impressed, we hired them to do regular cleaning, and it has made my life SO much better. It's such a relief to come home to a house that looks organized and clear and sparkling clean. Hardworking crew, great attention to detail. Great job every time. Worth every penny.
