They were fantastic! They arrived quickly, on time and were very courteous. They explained everything they were doing and why, fixed our problem quickly and their rates were very reasonable. Brock, the owner was a true professional. I called him on a Friday evening and he was able to come over within 30 minutes to diagnose my issue. Fortunately we only needed the board replaced on the blower motor and he took the time to show me exactly where the issue was. He purchased the part and came back to my house on Saturday and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I'll use him again as he showed me where my dehumidifier was failing and that it should get fixed towards the start of winter instead of that day. Small business owner at its best. Make your first and only call to Brock, he'll take care of you.

It was 24 degrees outside and our furnace decided to stop working. I spoke with Brock and he was able to come over within 45 minutes of making the call (He actually showed up a little early). He was extremely knowledgeable and got it up and running quickly, while also showing me what caused it and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Nice. Quick. Problem solved.

I contacted Polaris Heating and Cooling on a 90 degree day due to a problem with my a/c not working. The a/c unit was running outside, but there was no air blowing through the vents to cool my home. Brock was able to come out the next day-as I had specifically requested to perform an assessment of what was needed.

Brock was very friendly, professional, laid back and knowledgeable of HVACs. He made a great recommendation after performing an inspection of the HVAC unit and system to begin the repair by replacing a part. Brock did explain that we may also have to replace the motor, but my a/c has been working well ever since that day now by replacing the initial part he had suggested. This occurred weeks ago. And the repair was WELL below the cost of what I had feared it was going to be. AMAZING to find a company who explains options and is honest and ethical with HVAC operation assistance. If you have heating or cooling issues, do yourself a favor and call Polaris Heating and Cooling. I've dealt with some of the "big guys" around Columbus in the past and couldn't believe the difference in hiring a family owned and operated business. I called to schedule service on Friday evening, and Brock was able to be at my house to make a repair on my air conditioner at 9am Saturday. There were three main differences I noticed between his service and that of his "let's advertise everywhere" competitors. One, he was honest about what was actually causing our issue and actually suggested the least expensive and most effective way to fix them. Two, he took his time to make sure that the repair was done correctly and did it at a VERY fair price. And three, there was no "you need a new furnace sales pitch" included in his visit.

Once I find someone who does quality work at an affordable price, I am a loyal customer. I can say that I am glad to have found my "furnace guy." I would, without question, recommend using Polaris Heating and Cooling.

Brock has the best customer service and has offered up advice and suggestions to help us prolong the life of our ac and furnace. His suggestions don't always benefit him from a making money standpoint but his honesty is why we will only call him to work on our HVAC needs. I cannot say enough good things about his level of customer service and his personality makes it very easy to talk with him and understand what needs done

He gave an in-depth description of what the real issue was for the furnace not working, which previous HVAC repair company could not resolve even after multiple visits.
