He presented me with options and I ended up with a new air conditioner. Brock installed my air conditioner on a Sunday and it is amazing! Very happy with the both the unit and my interaction with Brock!

Brock was very informative and thorough when he did a check up on my AC unit for the summer. He cleaned up my interior unit and fixed the drainage pipes. Through testing, he found the refrigerant was undercharged and got it back to an acceptable level. He explained issues he can see with my system and provided candid feedback on how much it impacts the system. He also shared best practices for maintenance.

I was introduced to Brock as an HVAC specialist through my girlfriend. I recently had some issues with my unit and was dreading the discussion... my unit is older and I have had previous HVAC providers push me to replace it. I have had two issues in 20+ years, it's super reliable. I was expecting Brock to tell me the unit was shot and needed replacing. Turns out it was simple fix!

He took the time to explain to me what had happened so I could diagnose/fix it in the future. He also did a safety inspection to ensure it was functioning safely... All the things I want in a service provider... honesty and a repair first mentality.

I've had Brock out for an AC Condenser fan replacement and a problem with the furnace. In both cases he diagnosed and explained the issues, and most importantly (compared to other HVAC companies I've worked with) found reasonable repair options versus more costly system replacements.
