Joseph has came out to my house a couple times now to replace the inducer motor on my furnace, although I have an older unit, he comes out when he says he’ll be here and gives me honest, great work, with a great attitude. Great guy great company great service!!

Marlin & Aidan did a fantastic job. It took forever for them to maneuver the tight space to unclog my drainage pipe & get my dishwasher draining again! They were respectful of me and my property.

No heat in LG dryer. YA Services came out same day, replaced bad thermal fuse and another sensor. More than fair fix. Working great now. Aiden was informative and polite. Highly recommend

Technician was very professional. Communicated when he was on his way. Got here and made thorough check of furnace. Figured out the issues and make the necessary repairs (even going back to his facility to retrieve the parts needed) and finished the job in a very timely manner. Marlon and Aiden did a great job of repairing my dryer! I’ve got a stacked unit in a tight, enclosed corner, but the two of them were able to get the dryer down and stacked back up without issue.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get the part and complete the repair on the same day as the diagnosis. They also throughly cleaned the dryer and the area surrounding it before putting everything back. Aiden also had to get into and squeeze back through the cramped space behind the units to reconnect the vent; it was a very impressive performance haha! They were also both very personable and friendly.

John, who schedules the appointments, was also great! Originally scheduled online but he called me back to ensure he could get two technicians for the job. I was also able to schedule the appointment very quickly (same or next day). And the price for the repair was very reasonable! Highly recommend and will definitely use the company again for my appliance or HVAC repair needs.

Had my fall furnace tune-up done and the technician was thorough and professional found that my flame sensor and blower capacitor were out of spec and replaced them right away. My furnace is running perfectly now, just in time for the cold weather. Highly recommend their reliable and knowledgeable service.

I can’t recommend Joseph from YA Services enough! Our furnace went out overnight, and being able to text them for help was a huge plus! I got a prompt response and Joseph was out to the house that same day.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the process. He actually took the time to teach me a lot about my system while he was here. As soon as the parts came in, he immediately returned to get the heat back on.

Since we are existing service plan members, the pricing was even better with the discounts.

After my basement flooding remediation, he expertly coordinated the installation of drywall, paint and flooring in my basement. I was impressed he took all measurements personally and tested wall outlets as standard practice. He offered a fair and reasonable estimate, stayed involved and kept me informed, which was appreciated. Since then, he’s serviced both the AC/Furnace units, installed wi-fi enabled devices and wall switches and drafted estimates future updates. I called Steven when my A/c Unit wasn’t turning on. It was 90 degrees that day so it was very urgent. He was there within two hours. He explained to me what he would be looking for and assured me it would be fixed in a timely manner. It took him about 15 minutes to trouble shoot my AC unit and my newly installed Nest system. He discovered it was a blown fuse and quickly replaced it. I know nothing about AC systems and Steven could have easily told me there was a major issue and charged me a lot of money to “fix” the problem. Instead he was honest. I really appreciate it and I would recommend his service to anyone. That’s God for people like Steven who do honest work!!!!!

Steven and his team at Inspired Heating & Cooling did an excellent job with their service. My A/C unit stopped working so I asked a friend to recommend a trustworthy company.They recommended Inspired Heating. I called Steven and he was able to get out to me the same day. After checking the system he discovered a recently blown fuse which turned out to be a quick and easy fix. What I appreciate most is that Steven didn't "Diagnose" a larger problem with my system that would have cost me more money. He charged me an honest price for minor fix. Thanks again Steven!!!!!!
