TemperaturePro Columbus is now my go to company for provider HVAC services. On a hot day, they came out quickly and did what was needed to repair my AC system without any pressure to buy new. Their Tech was great and explained what was needed and what he was doing. Give these great people a call anytime you need Heating or Air conditioning work or repairs!

Stop reading reviews and just call this company. Seriously. I did a lot of research before calling TemperaturePro and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! This was my first time ever working with a HVAC company.

I initially called to get a tech to come out and see why our A/C unit outside was screeching. As it turns out, she discovered that the compressor was failing and the unit itself was literally older than me (I’m 25). The tech was Cheyenne or Charlene (I’m sorry - I cannot 100% remember), but she was amazing! Super up-front with me about the problem and very no-BS when it came to giving me options.

I received a follow-up call from the Sheri Nash about three days later and she was absolutely incredible. She told me that the company is pro-LGBTQ+, owned and operated by women, and just overall super inclusive! We promote equality in our household so this was super amazing to hear!

We ended up getting an entire new system installed (Outside A/C unit, Furnace, New Duct Work, Etc.) and compared to some of the pricing I’ve seen online and heard from neighbors, this was far lower than I expected (Less than $6k). The new units work great with our Nest Thermostat!

The same tech came out to do the big install and they were amazing. Respectful of our home and our dog appreciated the attention that he received from them. Installation started around 8am and was completed by 2pm (Basically had to force them to go get some food because they were working so hard). There was no mess left behind and they took the old unit when they left, so I didn’t have to worry about disposal of that either!

The work comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and both the furnace and the A/C have a ten-year warranty. I’m so thrilled with this company and I couldn’t recommend them any more than I already have with this mile long review.

Very impressed with Temperature Pro. Competitive quote, responsive to questions and messages, excellent installation crew. Chuck and Jeff stayed late to make sure our new AC was up and running. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced service that restored our heat in below-freezing temperatures. Carlos arrived within an hour of our call on a Sunday, and walked us through each of the factors that caused our heat to stop working. He was so helpful and informative, and the bill was less than we expected for a weekend! The customer service during scheduling was also great. Highly recommend.

Chuck came out on a service request from my home warranty plan and was great. A simple fix with clear communication throughout the process. I would recommend Chuck to anyone and in the future will be sure to request him.

They were extremely easy to work with and fair and reasonable with pricing. I had a new AC system installed by Temperature Pro Columbus and the installer technician, Carlos Mejia, was very thorough and professional. He did a great job on the installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He also cleaned up any mess that was made and took out old AC with him when he left. Our new AC works Like a dream!

This company is wonderful! Carlos was extremely helpful and did amazing work. Shane was a delight to deal with and gave an accurate fair quote for the work that they completed immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will use them going forward for any HVAC needs for my personal residence or rental properties. Highly recommend!

Temperature Pro is awesome. They showed up a little bit late, but totally made up for it. Shane was knowledgeable fixed my ac quickly for a great price and showed me a few things about my furnace and ac to make my house run more efficiently. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! The office staff was great in scheduling an estimate.
The technician, Shane, showed up on time, looked at what we needed done, which included a rather complex vent reroute that was holding up a big remodel job. I had several other contractors say no-way, can't be done.

After a thorough look he said, "we can do this."

The estimate was reasonable, work was scheduled promptly, and ended up being completed a week ahead of original estimates.

Shane and Tim, the technicians that completed the work are very skilled professionals with a refreshing can-do attitude. They knocked out the job in one day. Shane also left us with some great tips on how to properly keep air circulating in our home, which wireless thermostats are the best, and more.

I'd go with these guys again and wouldn't even bother with a second estimate. This company and its team are fantastic.

Hands down the best HVAC service. They sent out a technician (Charles) shortly after I called. He was amazing and went above and beyond to get the furnace running properly. Fast service, friendly service, quality service. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Our technician was Huebert West and he was very professional as well as kind and courteous. He explained the issues we were experiencing in a way i could fully understand and appreciate since i am not very knowledgeable in hvac. Huebert cleaned up our ac units coil and got the system working again. He was a great example of what every professional technician should strive to be. Definitely recommend Huebert and the Temperature Pros!

These guys did such a great job. They were on time, extremely professional and polite, and even spent time petting my dog because he was being a pest. They pulled a ton of debris out of our vents (we just moved in). Worth every penny and I will have them back regularly to keep our vents nice and clean. Thank you!!

I was so impressed with TemperaturePro. When my AC unit died I thought I’d have to wait days for a technician. Charles showed up first thing the next morning and when it was determined I needed a new unit, Ronni got all of the info together for me within 2 hours with quotes with options. They were able to get a whole new HVAC system ordered and installed within 48 hours and worked with my home warranty company, HSP, to make it all seamless. Highly recommend them!!

5 stars isn't enough for Temperature Pro! James was the best!! He is very knowledgeable and one of the nicest service technicians I have ever had the pleasure meeting. GREAT COMPANY!!' We are customers for life! We highly recommend them for all your needs. Ask for Sheri she sets the bar high! I was truly impressed with her professionalism! I've never had a company send an email with the technicians picture and my service appointment information. I knew when I answered the door it was James. Made me feel safe and secure knowing who was handling my service call. This company really knows how to go above and beyond taking care of me (the customer). Way to go, setting the bar high! Continued great experience with TemperaturePro Columbus! Carlos returned for a furnace tune up and all went well. He was also able to get me in earlier than scheduled which was a bonus! Helpful and knowledgeable as usual and all went extremely well!

Another great experience with TemperaturePro Columbus! Carlos returned to replace the motor in my AC unit. They were able work me in to their schedule quickly since they knew I had no AC and also were able to offer me a great discount. Fantastic service overall as usual!!!!

Overall great experience with TemperaturePro Columbus! Spoke with the owner to schedule the appointment and it was convenient and easy to do. She was so helpful and friendly as we were discussing the issue with my thermostat. Carlos came over to diagnose and repair the issue and he was extremely thorough, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. It was so nice that everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend them!!!

Another excellent experience with TemperaturePro Columbus! Charlene came over for a furnace tune up and all went very well. Charlene was thorough, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. I'm extremely confident in her skills and will continue to work with TemperaturePro in the future!

My wife and I just bought our first home in February, we started having AC right when we turned the AC on for the summer, we called them on a Saturday after it shut off and they got a technician out to the house the next day on a Sunday!! We had Carlos as a technician, he was a great guy and very knowledgeable! Wonderful experience and he got along great with my dog!! He immediately saw the issues and walked me through every step, explaining the different components and what does what. Very informative and a pleasure having him in my home. Will definitely keep using this company for as long as we live in the area. 5 stars!

We had the furnace in our Columbus office replaced recently. We can’t recommend TemperaturePro more highly - top-notch all the way. Ronni was great to work with - knowledgable, helpful, patient and very flexible in scheduling the installation. Charles and Chris, the techs tasked with doing the installation were punctual, focused, fast, and efficient in dealing with such a big job. If another HVAC issue were to crop up, we would contact this fine team without a moment’s hesitation.

Temperature Pro consistently exceeds my expectations. No other HVAC company has given me such detailed information about my systems. Their employees are obviously very knowledgeable. I also love the family-owned company aspect of Temperature Pro--a company with a heart behind what they do. Trustworthy, dependable, honest. I'm grateful to have this company to rely on.

Sheri and her team are outstanding! They replaced our entire HVAC system, and the process from start to finish was amazing! The Technicians were friendly and very professional, and smiled the entire time they were here and really seemed to enjoy what they do! They left the install area spotless after they were finished, explained how to use our new thermostat, and made sure all of our questions were answered before they left. I give them with 100% confidence my highest recommendation! Thanks Temperature Pro, we are definitely "sleeping in comfort" now!
