They are our go-to HVAC contractor anytime we need that service. So impressed that recently even the owner went to the worksite to examine it and called us personally with recommendations and solutions. We really felt as though temperature pros put themselves in our situation which was dire, and helped us make the decisions we needed to make, gave us great pricing, and committed to getting the issue resolved promptly. David came over to help me assess what I thought would be a major project for my HVAC system. Charles (Chuck) came to inspect our furnace - when he arrived, he was kind, friendly and took his time figuring out the problem. When I asked him if the necessary fix would extend the life of the furnace, he was honest with me and said no. I asked him for new furnace quotes and he shared the differences in furnace brands and types with me. Charles did not come across as a salesperson, but rather as a knowledgeable employee. He was so great that I asked for him to install my new furnace. The install went seamlessly - he worked hard for nearly 5 hours and tested our furnace before leaving. Charles is a real gem and I would recommend Temperature Pro if you need a new furnace.

We have used Temperature Pro Columbus whenever we have a heating or cooling need. Their assessment and customer service are at the TIPY TOP of service and savings. When we had an old system and called for service. We though oh boy time for replacement, but no, their technician checked out our system and the three times it was simple straightforward repair that was low cost and made sense. They kept our system running for over 7 years and we found out that we were the last ones in our community where we were still using the original HVAC system back from 1991. In the end, when the system started to leak coolant, and their technicians were on top of the situation and said we needed to replace the system, since the cost of the coolant alone is not cost effective. We took their advice and installed a new system. The new system is so much better and cost effective. Temperature Pro always gave us the choice on how to proceed and always said that a new system would lower our monthly gas and electric bills. We opted to do the lower cost route and repair. The new system lowered our gas an electric cost dramatically. We love our new system, and it's nothing less than amazing! The house is nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. James was great. I got schedules quickly and James was able to identify the problem and fix our furnace quickly. He was communicative and very nice. Will be reaching out again for any HVAC needs!

TemperaturePro has helped me out on numerous occasions, once fixed my furnace (same day) when it broke in single digit temperatures. They also replaced my furnace and A/C unit at my new house, each time they did excellent work and followed up to make sure I was happy. Great experience and would definitely use them again! My technician, T, was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. As a first time homeowner I really appreciated him walking through what he was doing in detail to help me better understand our HVAC set up!

Had a great experience with Temperature Pro. Called them about my furnace around 3p on a Monday. They had a tech at my place at 8a the following morning. Then a new system installed by Wednesday afternoon at a price far less than I was quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Why do water heaters go out in such spectacular fashion?! Ours sprung a leak the day before we were going out of town for a week. The folks at Temperature Pro gave us quote that was less than the other we received (by more than $1000) and worked us into their schedule so we didn’t have to take Navy showers for long. The woman in the office was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate all of this while we were traveling, and the technician Quenton was fast, efficient, and did great work. I’d like to take a minute to recognize the professionalism of one of your Heating/ Ac specialists who did an absolutely fabulous job. Chuck replaced the A/c and furnace combo in my place today. His work is meticulous, the experience shows in his workmanship and character this guy was on point all day. Good to see such great work ethic.

Craig and his service and install team are great to work w and communicate pre, during, and post service call. We needed a new unit and they provided a consultative approach along w educating us on HVAC units so we could make the correct decision for our wants.

TemperaturePro has saved me twice this year. First time was in mid-February during the bitter cold when our 20 year old furnace stopped working. TemperaturePro came out the very next day to quickly replace the furnace and turn the heat back on. More recently during this last heat spell of the year my AC did the same and again they came to the rescue - those 2 to 3 weeks of heat would have been unbearable. Both times they were prompt, knowledgeable (they did a great job of evaluating and explaining my options) and professional for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
