Jose Medina came out with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning and did a phenomenal job!! Those ducts were never cleaned and Jose spent 4 hours getting it done for less than $400 bucks!! I'm impressed with their work and would refer them out any day!

Guy working showed up 30 minutes late (was quoted between 12-2 and he showed up at 2:30). Appointment took longer than was stated. Communication was poor at best. He also marked up our floors dragging one of the vacuums. Service was completed but wouldn’t jump to use them again.

Javier was scheduled between 10 and 12 and called about 9:45 to let us know he was on his way. He estimated it would take him about two hours to do both the dryer vent cleaning and the duct cleaning. It was almost exactly two hours. He took both before and after pictures. He found a bird's nest in the dryer vent, cleaned it and the mess it made when he removed it. Have already recommended him to my neighbor.

The technician was very thorough and actually diagnosed a problem with our HVAC unit where we were told our ducts were clogged and needed cleaning out however the heat pump blower was not working correctly so we still need the HVAC fixed. But, our ducts were cleaned and they definately needed it! The technician went above and beyond which was very helpful as we got the HVAC technician back out to actually fix our problem. And we have been in our house for 5 years but I have no idea how long it had been since the ducts were cleaned and there was a lot of stuff in them.
