Joe and Julius did a great job they were able to get into the duct without cutting into it and cleared all the leaves and dirt from the Intake so now the Air Handler can breath ! Thanks Guys

Cleaning (Oil, Grease, debris) STC came in and gave a very reasonable quote. I did not have to babysit at all. They were unbelievably professional, and the quality of work was a 10 out of 10. On top of that, the job was 10 stories up via ladders and steps. I will most definitely use them again.

Parker Trutec has been using Service Tech for almost 30 years now. The crews they send up to clean out our baking ovens are always professional and go beyond every time. I love not having to baby sit these guys. They have a great safety program and its nice watching as every person comes in with lock in hand to do their lock out tag out. Had these guys back in over the weekend of July 29th and once again they did a wonderful job cleaning out the oven. in fact they got it far better than I thought they would with only 2 days.

My Sales Representative, Brady Bonifas, was excellent to work with. Brady came out to do the estimate and was very thorough (and patient) in his explanation of the work to be performed and why. He even came on the day of service to make sure the technicians fully understood the scope of the work.

The technicians were very skilled and personable, you could tell they were professionals. They took great made sure they left all areas as clean as when they arrived and took extreme care to not track dirt on my white carpets by changing out shoe covers each time they had to go outside.

Service-Tech was contracted to clean sheet metal duct, mechanical equipment, floors and other surfaces in 3 elevator equipment rooms in a high-rise office building following other recently completed work which caused infiltration of dust into the rooms.
