We tried numerous times to contact G Mechanical and time after time after time, no response. This is very unprofessional. I was helping a relative that lives in Columbus find a reputable contractor. BEWARE.

I love units.The thought of all the racist innuendos and straight name calling had my to take a break from hvacr. The culture was terrible,there was a saying"blame the black guy" for the butt of a joke. You would have thought it was joking until "I", got someone else's blame. I loved my job but quite a few employees were absolutely terrible.

Really a great contractor. They respond in emergencies and for normal preventive maintenance. Great service from the techs to the office staff. Priced fairly with others. Recommend them highly for commercial and health care HVAC applications

Reckless and dangerous driver. Speeding, cutting people off, brake checks and tailgating in a service truck. This is how people get killed.

G Mechanical has been an incredible partner to fulfill my complicated HVAC needs. Their employees are relentless to seek perfection. After interviewing over 10 HVAC companies in the area, I feel our company made the right choice for someone who will finish and maintain their work. 5 stars and hats off to the team.

Totally true reviews. I see someone left one about our building already. There is no air conditioning working in my building and they have been here for two weeks working, or should I say they have been here in the parking lot sitting in their van. Definitely not working.!! The address where they have not been working is 300 East Rich St. The Nazareth Towers apartments

We attempted to review and investigate our invoices simply to gain clarification on several items. Unfortunately, the communication has escalated in a way we did not anticipate or intend.

At this time, we ask that all further communication regarding this matter be directed through appropriate channels and remain professional and solution-focused. Our goal was only to obtain clarification — not to create conflict.

Given how this situation has progressed, we are now evaluating our options regarding continuation of the contract. We would prefer to resolve the concerns collaboratively if possible and refocus on a productive working relationship.
