He ran a series of diagnostic tests, including checking the PSI gauge readings, and confirmed our AC system was running properly with no refrigerant leaks. He took the time to explain the numbers so we could follow along and understand why a replacement wasn’t needed. His honesty and expertise saved us from replacing the unit years too early.
