These guys are amazing. Steve took on a job at my residence that at least 6 former technicians walked away from. He and coworker assured me they would do their best to get my AC unit up and running. It was no walk in the park but they didn’t give up. I am so grateful for their skills and professionalism. You’ve got to give them a try.

A++. Stop looking and call Steven if you need HVAC. Had a broken AC unit and I gave him a call on a Saturday morning. He was out within the hour, explained the issue and had it fixed before lunch. Excellent service and fair and transparent pricing!

Steven was great! I was able to send pictures of my issue (disconnected duct) and got a reasonable quote and he came in the next hour. I had called ten other places that either did not take pictures to see what my simple issue was, quoted me a high price, or were completely booked until next year! He quickly fixed the issue, explained in detail the process and answered any questions I had about my system. Very thorough and knowledgeable, I will definitely use Inspired for any home issues in the future!

this business owner/tech came to my property to check the AC unit, took a picture of the unit and told my home warranty that everything is fine. I asked him how did you know there is nothing wrong without testing? He replied it’s running. I told him that it runs constantly but does not cool my house, that is why i filed claim with home warranty. He took the service fee, did not give me the receipt. when i ask about the receipt, he said i will go to my vehicle and will give you. He also mention that he will go to the vehicle and comeback to test the unit but as soon as he get to his vehicle, he ran away. I called him right away why did you leave without giving me receipt and testing the unit. he said there is nothing wrong. He also said I am engineer and i do this for living. I complained about him to home warranty but they ask him to come again and test the unit for proper diagnosis but he denied to come. kept saying to home warranty that mechanically there is nothing wrong with my AC. Home warranty is also in business to make money. My issue was not addressed properly just because of this technician.

Ibrahim realy professional guy, I did call some body bought this and that did not work paid money he bought on his card and my family has to stay days somewhere with relatives because tha house has been freezing for days, but Ibrahim well experienced exactly tested professional way and found out what the problem and thank God fixed for us.

Ibrahim was very accurate with his time very pleasant and professional and he checked the furnace and checked repaired the water heater checked the toilets leaks he asked questions in a very respectful manner I would recommend him to anyone or any company thank you ❤️❤️🙏🏽
