Martin was great and very helpful when he came out same day to inspect my unit. He then came out two days later to install both a new AC and furnace. Friendly, knowledgeable and great service, highly recommend.

Service was provided the same day I called. Communication happened immediately with texts, calls & emails aa appropriate to provide updates. My assigned technician was able to come before the original scheduled window (I was inforned first), which was great. The Issue was diagnosed and part was replaced to my satisfaction. Would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Very good service. Great technicians who were quite knowledgeable about a Samsung washer, which is rare. They had to stay late (8:30 p.m.) to get the repair wasmade properly and were absolutely sure it was right. I will call this company for all my appliances.

I gave them details of the issue, including a video of the machine running. Told me they had a 30-day money-back guarantee. They charged me a few hundred dollars to "fix" the issue. I run my washer after they leave to discover it is WORSE than before they "fixed" it. The one repairman condescendingly said the repair wouldn't fix the issue - after they'd charged my card! No response to my complaint, I had to get my credit card company involved to take care of it. STAY AWAY.
