Beware working with this contractor. They damaged existing hardscaping then feigned responsibility for their shoddy job.

They have a $10,000 minimum. This isn't noted on their site but should be, so that those with smaller needs don't waste time trying to get an estimate.

GreenScapes completed our backyard remodel in April of 2022. They were efficient, and arrived early and worked through all weather conditions. The work was precise and exactly what they promised.

Very disappointed with your company today as you're working for the City. I applaud the street tree program the City does but you guys should knock /ring bell as residences to confirm people want a tree in their yard. yeah, it may or may not be City policy but the common courtesy is important. The tree was being installed within a few feet of my drain line. Would you like that? Of course talking to workers was extremely difficult as it was clear the two workers spoke little to no english. They did fill the hole but now I have large dirt spot, will you be coming by to seed that? I'll also be contacting the city about this issue. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to make this right by coming out to seed my dirt spot.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They did a landscape job for me that cost me $22,735 and in October 2019 it will be a year since they planted the landscape. They planted 83 plants and trees total. At our first meeting I told them that I lived out in the country and they couldn't plant anything that the animals would eat. Out of the 83 plantings, 22 plants or 27% have died, 29 or 35% have been eaten, 23 or 28% are doing well and 9 or 11% look like they won't make it much longer.They have told me that they will replace the plants for me but they will not have the year guarantee that the original plants had. Then they said that if I did not want them to come out and replace the plants that they would refund me $2,000. I told them that wasn't good enough. Then in a phone call when I said that wouldn't work he asked me to send him an email and pictures and we could negotiate. So I spent all the time to send him the email and then he gave me the same options to remedy, so he really wasn't willing to negotiate. Now he has just made me madder. I have contacted 6 On Your Side and I hope they will take on my case. Looking back through my paper work, I do not even have a copy of the guarantee. Buyer beware!

Greenscapes provided and planted street trees in our neighborhood, and it has so far not been successful in planting a live tree of the correct species.

Like many other homes on our street, our original trees did not survive the 1 year warranty. One of our trees was replaced under warranty around January 2023, but with the completely WRONG species of tree. It was obvious that the bark and limb structure was different than all other trees on the street. I notified our HOA/property manager within a week of planting, and Greenscapes finally replaced it with the correct species about a YEAR later in January 2024.

That new tree is dead, the buds never opened or grew. That tree may have been dead when planted, but I couldn't tell since it was winter and it was dormant.

Previously I have been dealing with this through our HOA/Property Manager. I have pictures and emails documenting all of this.

My HOA/Property manager suggested I go directly to Greenscapes. I have contacted Greenscapes and have still not heard back from them for 3 months.

I gave Adam a general concept of what I wanted. He listened to what I asked for and the whole team delivered more than I could have hoped. My favorite part is seeing new colorful plants bloom throughout the spring and summer. It is an ongoing special living surprise!

Around 3:15pm on 11/21 one of your trucks was tailgating cars on Hamilton. Then on 33 they decided to tailgate me. I’d recommend a Lytx camera to track how your employees drive company vehicles. It is a poor reflection of your company, and I will not be using your services.

I’ve been working with Kelly, John, and John on one of my HOA communities for the past few years, and they’ve been excellent to work with. Communication is always prompt, they keep us informed about upcoming work, and they respond quickly to resolve any issues. Highly recommend!

Greenscapes designed and installed our hardscape to replace a leaning retainer wall. They had a few challenges with a buried propane tank that could not be moved, lines running into the house, septic and a steep hill running along the back of the house. Adam did a wonderful job with his proposed design and Curt the PM did an excellent job with the execution. Eddie, the on-site lead kept us apprised of all the work planned each day. Adam and Curt were also very receptive to a change in design midway through execution when a space marked for no use would be better suited for a firepit and natural rock seating. Would recommend Greenscapes every time!
