Carpenter HCP&E did an excellent job installing our new mini split HVAC system. They are always on time, do excellent work, and are very good at communicating with the customer!

Nice folks but the person who showed up to fix my plumbing problem seemed to have a significant lack of stock in their truck. This impaired the ability to fix or replace parts of the project. They did respond immediately on a Friday afternoon to my home when I developed a leak.

I would highly recommend Carpentar for any of your plumbing needs. Their pricing is fair and work is top notch. Our technician, Clayton, installed a battery backup sump pump as well as utility sink, replaced a bathtub spout and added an air intake pipe for our tankless water heater. We'll definitely reach out to Carpentar for any future plumbing needs.

Had Michael H out to my house once in the winter time on Christmas Eve for my furnace and now again to service my air conditioner. He went above and beyond to make sure things were working both time and he was very helpful and professional.

I had carpenters come for plumbing work. After they got here, i highly regreted calling them. They didnt know what they were doing. It took 4 hours to snake out my main line. They had no paperwork. Didnt wear company shirts that they were from Carpenters, plus no ID. Just two 25 yr old wanna be plumbers in training. They left some of their equipment at my home and refused to come back and pick it up. Both employees said it wasnt theirs. It wasnt something that i had prior to the appointment which they were 20 minutes away from my home but took them 90 minutes to arrive when Nancy from service said they were enroute. I will pass the word to all my friends, coworkers and neighbors to save your money and go with a large licensed plumbers like MILLER RANNEY CANTRELL PLUMBING. They get the job done fast accurate and dont get lost plus have a truck stocked so no going back to the shop!!

I had a fantastic first experience with Carpenter Heating-Cooling-Plumbing-Electric (HCPE) today. I had a strange partial power outage in my small business medical office over the weekend and I needed to solve the problem before office hours started on Monday morning. I was not able to arrange service with any of the previous commercial electricians who have worked on projects for me in the past. I’d recently heard radio commercials for Carpenter (HCPE), so I called, and they responded quickly. To borrow a sports phrase, the best ability is avail-ability. When I needed help, they were there! When Alan arrived, he patiently listened as I explained the unusual pattern of the partial power outage. He then quickly identified the faulty wire in a place I never would have expected. I appreciate Alan solving the problem and getting my lights turned back on so quickly, but as a physician, I even more value the thoughtful, systematic, and decisive manner in which Alan efficiently diagnosed and treated this electrical issue for me. It gives me peace of mind to know that such a strange electrical occurrence will not happen again. Going forward, Carpenter (HCPE) will be my first call, and I’ll request Alan again too.

I needed an AC person cause my AC froze and was blowing hot air. Mike came out and explained my problem and some possible solutions for the future. He informed me of options on my furnace which is getting very old. Didn't try to sell anything but he was so informative, I will be calling him and the company this fall when looking to purchase new units.

Very professional and friendly service. Dan came out on his way home and gave an accurate estimate. The crew showed up and got the job done. They didn't try to sell me anything or give me a false time frame for the job. Would highly recommend and I will use them again.

Carpenter’s technician Nicole arrived and went straight to work. She answered all my questions. Her responses were knowledgeable and she provided as much detail as I needed. Very friendly; made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company to remove a garbage disposal and install a new one.

I had a HVAC contractor quote an entire replacement of both the air handler and heat pump condensing unit. When I asked Carpenter H&C for an estimate, they suggested that the air handler didn't need to be replaced since it was less than 3 years old and was rated for R-410a. I went with Carpenter's quote which was about 45% lower than the first quote I received which seemed an overkill of a job, and now I have a functioning heat pump. They seem to live up to their address (Integrity Drive). Great service and I'll consider them in the future again for sure.

Greg came today for service on my air conditioner. He did a great job checking the system for problems and correcting the issue. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Greg and Carpenter!

Glad I called Carpenter Heating. Ashton and Nick installed the Bryant furnace in 4 hours. They did a great job getting the old unit out of the attic and installing the new one. They made it look easy, I know it was harder than it looked. They did a great job of explaining throughout the process. Everything was squeaky clean when they were done. I would recommend Carpenter Heating to all.

Great company! I had another company come out before Carpenter. They told me I needed to replace the heater and A/C for &12,000.00. Carpenters team came out and found nothing wrong weigh either. Very honest, friendly and professional! When I do need to replace my hvac they will be my first call.

Hired this company to create an exterior wall dryer vent. They came quickly after my call, were super professional and efficient in their quoting and price was reasonable relative to other outrageous ones I’d received.

When I called to schedule the service, they were able to send out the next day the same tech who did the quote. He was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself.

Super happy. Will use Carpenter again for other services.

Great service. Our sales/technician Nicole fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule a quote and install. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. They guarantee their work and were quick to respond when we sprung a leak from a faulty pipe. My one recommendation would be to further educate the on-call company to provide better communication and updates. I did have to reach out a few times to get updates. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HCPE needs.
