I’ve had the pleasure to work with Nick Agriesti from Muetzel on many occasions, he’s dealt with many issues, always well, involving commercial FCU’s, AHU,s, RCH’s, and our chiller/boiler environmental system. Horrible customer service. Called to get an estimate for a job. Joe Muetzel stopped out to my business and said he'd send me the estimate in a day or two. I've called and left messages. Never heard a thing back. It's been three weeks. If I ran my business like this, it wouldn't last long. Extremely disappointed.

Meutzel Plumbing employs competent plumbers who took care of our plumbing needs for years, but not anymore.

We called Meutzel for an estimate on installing exterior pipes to drain the water from our downspouts to the street. They sent over a fellow who walked around the property awhile, then said we needed to schedule an appointment with Meutzel’s estimator, Mike Cisar. Why didn’t they send Mike out to begin with instead of wasting our time?

I phoned Mike, and he agreed to come out two days later. This guy knows everything there is to know about yard drains, and two minutes after you meet him you feel like you’ve known him forever. What a great guy!

That was over three weeks ago, and we’re still waiting for the estimate.

In the meantime, we called a company that emailed the estimate an hour after the walk-around and have since installed our exterior pipes and those of our neighbor.

In the course of soliciting bids for the yard drain project, we found ourselves a new plumbing company. They have already done excellent work for us. While they were here, I asked them to ballpark the cost of replacing two lavatory faucets, and it was about half of what Meutzel Plumbing charged us to do that job.

We had Muetzel replace our A/C and furnace after our Air Conditioner crapped out on us during the hottest week of the year. They worked us into their schedule so we didn't have to go too long without A/C and the install of both units went extremely quick! Their guys were allvery professional and friendly and did one heck of a job. They will definitely be my go to company for future HVAC and plumbing work!

Have had the pleasure to work with several Muetzel techs. Nick Argriesti has been to the facility to do several HVAC repairs. Excellent work and always on time! Highly recommend.

Very impressed with service received. Called company and was told that Steve was immediately on his way. He was prompt, courteous, used boot covers. He was able to fix our temperature coil on our hot water heater and the leak on two faucets. I will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I work for a commercial facility in Columbus oh and I use Muetzel for all my HVAC and Plumbing. Have to say I give the company 5 stars because they treat my company as a priority and will always arrive early or right on time. Nick is one of the best techs there so if you use them. Ask for Nick.

The people that work there are nice however I had to have someone from Muetzel come out to fix my boiler 2x and it still didn't work. I then had another company who came and found the actual problem but told me I had to replace my whole boiler because the manufacturer didn't make the parts anymore. They referred me to Muetzel for a new boiler. I finally had someone that works at my location look at it and he fixed it so now it works. Although Muetzel did give me a small discount they are still asking for payment of a service that didn't fix my problem. Very dissatisfied.

Had Justin Smith out to the house because our water pressure was low. He's installing a new pressure tank in a few days! Very knowledgeable about what we needed and even spoke with us about the well pump service we may need soon. He answered all the questions we had and was very kind to us!!! Thank you!!!

We've used Muetzel many times in the past. They're our first phone call for larger plumbing issues. This was a big job, major blockage, and the team was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. This was a two day job and it was determined that they weren't going to be able to complete the job. Extra services were going to be required, possibly excavation requiring the city's involvement. I was very pleased that they refunded our money for day #2 of services since they were unable to resolve our issue. I'd recommend Muetzel over many of the larger companies.

I had this company out to work on a boiler system. The technician said he would come back mid-morning to complete repairs. I called the office today to check in because I had not heard from them. The women on the phone was rude and said I should have known the technician is not allowed to schedule. She said, "You have use us before and you know how this works". I reminded her that I call them about 1 time every year or two, and that it is not reasonable to expect a customer to know their schedule proceedure by heart. Especially, when their own technician doesn't know. The woman at the office continued to blame me and was very rude in her communication and tone and placing blame on the customer for your employyee's miscommunication is not acceptable. Every time I have called this place they have been rude. But I put up with it bc it is hard to find people to work on boilers. But their rude and abrasive disregard to paying customers is unacceptable. They are also far more expensive than they are worth. Done.

We had different plumbers checks our sewage pump in an office building, got quotes to change it along with piping that reached 5k! We then had David Stilp from Muetzel plumbers who was very honest and basically said it does not need changed now! We appreciated his honest opinion that was built on his years of experience! We now know who to ask for when we need help!

I had a great experience with David from Muetzel plumbing, and I've already decided that I'll be using them for some other work that I know needs done.
