Very nice staff, great unloading time but- difficult to access docks when vehicles parked in no parking zone by the docks. A bit crowded- could use some condensing or organizing for safer access to docks. Streets in are tight too.

They almost always have what I need here. You’ll wanna try to get Collin at the parts counter, the man is a wizard and a great people person and always knows how to find everything.

Just got back from Carr Supply on a beautiful July afternoon. I wish I could remember all of the guys' names who helped, which was about 4-5. I got there at 4:35, and had to ask a bunch of questions about what I needed as the place is gearing up to close. But these guys knew their business and did what I almost never get at Lowe's. They got me everything on my list in about 10 minutes and got me out of there. Thanks fellas!

I had the most fun I have had in my bathroom remodel at Carr Supply. Sarah took her time to show me around the store, gave me a catalog to take home to look over my choices and more than that, made three different PDFs of my choices to help me narrow down the most cost-effective choice. Thank you for your kindness and patience with my back and forth requests!

Slept in lot across from gate, and Gene came to get me earlier than my appointment and got me unloaded double time.

I called ahead to ensure they had what i needed so I wouldn't drive there for nothing. The first time I was hung up on. The second call resulted in me talking to someone who clearly didn't want to talk to me. When I asked about a specific party I was told "we have a lot of those, you'll just have to come in and look". When I got there I couldn't find the product and the lines to the counter were ridiculously long. I left with nothing and will never return. This place is uncomfortable. People stare, both customers and employees.

Show room is spectacular but they want an appointment to work with a rep. Call ahead.

I have been a customer of Carr Supply for 20 years now. They continue to grow and still manage to keep the same top quality service. Great products and more importantly, great people.

Overall, we had a good experience with the girls in the showroom. They were very helpful and we purchased two Toto toilets. But when we installed the first one we noticed how flimsy the plastic lid was. The seat was good but the lid felt cheap. So we went to Lowe's and bought another one. Unbeknownst to us, Carr Supply has a 7 day return policy. Lesson learned on the first toilet, we went ahead and bought another toilet seat from Lowe's. However, we couldn't get around to the installation for a couple of weeks. So, I was surprised when I inquired about returning the UNOPENED toilet seat and was told it couldn't be returned. They should verbally inform you of their return policy before you purchase anything.

I come to Carr Supply – Columbus (Old Leonard Ave location) regularly for THE HEATING AND COOLING PRO, and they are one of the best supply houses in the area.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which makes getting parts quick and stress-free. Cory at the will call desk is especially helpful — he’s always on top of orders, makes sure everything is right, and keeps things moving when you’re in a hurry.

They have a solid inventory, great customer service, and truly support local contractors. That’s why I continue to do business here.

I highly recommend Carr Supply to any HVAC contractor looking for a dependable supply house with great people and service.

Maybe not the cheapest but They were in time, clean and professional. Even showed me things I could just do myself way cheaper down the road.

Able to quickly assist with plumbing issues when the county inspector rejected the plumbing drain installation from a different plumbing organization.

Never returns calls even after they come out and and tell you they will work out an estimate. It's amazing there in business at all.

Tried supporting a family company for our plumbing needs and was NOT given the courtesy of a phone call back. Our money was well spent elsewhere!

I called saying that water had poured down through my ceiling when shower was being used, and was with out use of my bathroom. Person answering the phone seemed disinterested in my issue, and somewhat annoyed that I even called. She said that it would be a week until they could fit me in, unless I paid after hour rates. Guess I will be moving on to the next number on my list.

Same day service and worked with us to get a fix that was in our budget. Will certainly use again and recommend. Great company to do business with!
