Apex people were very nice to work with. Matt was very thorough and willing to take time to check everything and explain things. He never complained even though he had to crawl in a wet crawl space. I am very happy with the service. Thanks Apex crew!

Well pump died called them to replace it broke the cap over well was told he would replace it he did not when asked he stated I didn’t need it and later he said Lowe’s did have one. That’s not my fault. When new pump was put in didn’t supply enough water to get the pressure switch to turn off after a second day the pressure tank was replaced as it was bad doubling the price now. Again pump did not pump enough water to build up pressure. I stated to him several times the new pump is bad explained my reasoning but continued to put another pressure regulator on but didn’t do the trick. After putting another pump on all worked he claims I told him 220 it wasn’t it was110 this question came up late on the first day I stated it was 110 but he didn’t listen to what I said. He was too busy replacing pressure switches 4 in all.6800 is far too much for a well pump and now I have to have someone else come out put a cap on it and inspect there work. Do not use apex pros if they show up run be afraid I heard they were expensive but was only one that could come out that day I shall regret that I called them to my dying days I wanted to give the no stars but it would not let me

Let there be light. We needed total house rewiring. Apex Pros did an excellent job rewiring house. Our house is now brighter with new wiring. Apex Pros lead by Shram worked tirelessly to insure that job was well done and completed in a timely manner. Shram also gave us helpful hints to make lighting brighter and more attractive. We're enjoying our new lights.

I have had numerous companies work on our boiler system over the past few years. APEX did an outstanding job, out shines all the other companies. Robert the tech was professional, informative, and personable. He worked diligently and efficiently. He also cleaned up all of his work areas. He represents a positive image for APEX, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing repair work. Thank you Robert G. for a job well done. The price seemed to be very high but they did some
adjustment to the price . I had a quote from another company that was 1/2 the price but the canceled 3 appointments, didn’t explain the work they were going to do.

My first experience with Apex Plumbing was amazing through working with Eddie- he was prompt, personable, efficient, thorough and kind. He explained everything in detail and what to expect!

The technicians that came in to complete my full re-wire was amazing! Awyar, Yusif, and Todd were great work with. They kept us in the loop as the project got completed, cleaned when things got a little messy and very friendly. Awyar was very impressive, clearly is knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. I am so very appreciative of all their hard work- it was a long job to complete, but they were troopers and kept a positive attitude!

First I want to say Apex was extremely fast to come out to the house to assess my needs and just as fast to get them taken care of. All the employees that I encountered seemed like Very trustworthy and honest people. Austin and Malachi came and replaced my sump pump and put in a battery backup. They encouraged me to ask any questions throughout their work. They resealed my sump pump because it was part of my radon system. Austin and Malachi where great, and I would hope that they would come back for any plumbing that I might need in the future.

Apex Pros caused significant delays to our project due to lack of timely performance. The workmanship was poor, requiring rework and they even installed porch lights that were to be parking lot lights. Electrical work was shoddy and unprofessional. Communication was unacceptably horrible! I sent over 22 emails trying to resolve issues, many of which were ignored. This was one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a kindness and Do Not use this company

We called Apex early in the day for a water heater issue. The communication from Apex was very helpful and allowed us to carry out the planned activities for the day. Eric Hube was the service technician. He was very professional and personable. He spoke very highly of Apex, which is comforting to hear. We chose Apex largely because of the unique advertising they use. Eric relieved the initial concerns we had about companies that are heavy into advertising. He solved our issue and likely saved us money that other less-reputable companies would have charged. We will continue to contact Apex for our future plumbing needs. We feel confident in their capabilities. Eric is certainly a fine young man with skills that combine product knowledge with experience and integrity.

Jeremiah and Donnie came out as part of the monthly Care Bear package through Apex Pros, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They flushed my water heater, inspected all of the water lines, checked the garbage disposal, and provided estimates for replacing a corroded bathroom faucet.

They were extremely informative, professional, and respectful of my home. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained the different options available to address the low water pressure in my bathroom. Jeremiah took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the next steps without any pressure.

Jeremiah created four detailed estimate options in about 10–15 minutes, and I received them by email before they left. Super quick and very thorough!

First off. Thank you to John. Thank you for all your hard work, never saying no, honesty, hustle and being a good guy. Working with sewage and plumbing ain't an easy job and its not for the faint of heart. Guy's like John are hard to find and I sure hope Apex takes great care of him and pays him well. Because I know a lot of people who would snatch him up to be on their team. That's John's review. John who tried to hydo jet the problem that's beyond his control, a collapsed pipe in my line. Total cost for jet wasn't bad, a $75 off promotion got me to $636 which came off the appointment on Monday for the excavation crew. Which is 9k on a financed 24 months no interest payment plan. Hopefully that's that, we'll see. I can come back and update this review when we get there. ULTIMATELY this 5 🌟 review is going to John and his camera man, (name slipped my mind) was pretty cool, and definitely hone st too. Thank you again John.🤝

Had to warranty out my hot water tank and Justin was great. Came in, diagnosed that we needed a new hot water tank and was able to get the tank and install the following morning. He did a great job and set up our new tank in a more secure way than the previous one was ran

Amber and his brother did great! They were very professional / respectful of our space, they worked through the rain to get it all done same day (poor guys must have gotten drenched with a few of the downpours we had) and everything looks and feels like it’s working amazingly. Thank you so much for sending them.

Blake Erwin was very nice professional and very helpful he took his time with us never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Very hard working and he installed our new hot water tank very fast and he knew what he was doing when we had questions he had knowledgeable answer for us he knows his job very good.

Justin and his assistant Menard were great. Justin was very straight forward and honest on what was going on with my furnace and was able to link with Menard and both knocked the job out same-day. He even let me add a last minute coupon that helped soften the blow a bit when it came to the sticker shock. The job unfortunately came with a few hiccups due to some faulty craftsmanship on my home builder’s side which prevented a clear path to install the water heater. Justin and Menard were still able to somehow think of a way to not only get to the water heater another way, but also helped provide the tools to do it. Truly appreciate them both and they probably saved me a ton of money, headache and time. Thanks again and if I have any plumbing related issues (or possibly HVAC issues lol) I know who I’ll be calling.

Blake E was out to address a leaky toilet. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me several options for repair, and once we decided a plan, he set about doing a complete rebuild with all new parts. I also needed the shut off valve replaced and he was able to take care of both of those issues promptly. He left the work area clean, reviewed all the work he had done, demonstrated that both the toilet and shut off valve were working, and was very respectful of the property. I highly recommend Apex and Blake did a great job!

One star because the technicians a super friendly an hospitable, however I purchased a 99% efficiency smart furnace with humidifier and top of the line smart thermostat and they did not send out a licensed electrician to safely ground the unit. The regular HVAC technicians were not qualified for the job per city of columbus building and zoning services. After 3.5 weeks the furnace control board fried, the thermostat fried, the inducer blower motor fried, and i'm sure there are other components damaged. I was left with no heat in zero degree temperatures and they sent the same installers out to look at the system. The original installers couldn't figure out the problem so they brought us space heaters. A couple days later a senior technician came by and figured out that the furnace was not properly grounded and he would have to order all new parts for the furnace. I spent over 10k on this service and they still have not sent someone to my house to fix this problem after 2 weeks. It starts with the salesman for not knowing the equipment he was selling required special installation as all new 99% efficient furnaces do and the installers for hooking up this unit like a normal furnace. The customer advocate has been less than helpful in this case and never provides any factual information about HVAC equipment. What is the standard at this place. After 2 weeks they brought me some new parts and left me with a 1 stage furnace and a digital thermostat that doesn't connect to the humidifier. This all starts with the salesman not knowing the required installation of the equipment he sold and the dispatchers not knowing which technicians are qualified to install the highest efficiency furnace. Putting my pregnant wife and I in a position without heat is unacceptable Apex. If they ever fix this out I will update this review

We noticed our hot water tank was leaking from both top and bottom on a Sunday evening. I reached out to get a they scheduled an appointment the next day. Chris came out on Monday checked everything out and explained the repair to us. Chris removed and replaced the hot water tank, pressure tank and new shut off valve in a couple hours. Chris did an amazing job completing the service and left the area cleaner than it was. Great customer service, timely repair, quality products. The reason for 4 stars was the cost.

The crew was on time and very professional. We got plumbing put in upstairs and electrical system for a washer and dryer. Cement work was well done and all cleaned up. They were Very efficient and got a big job done in one day!
They kept the house clean and were up and downstairs many times and had the dumpster filled with all the refuse.
We’re very happy to get this upgrade to our house, thank you Apex Pros!

Awyar Bilal and another wonderful gentleman replaced my electronical panel. They were kind curious took the time to explain everything without trying to up sale me. They even made sure to answer ever question I had. They let me know all my options and were not pushy and very patient. They both smelled amazing too. Bonus!! Seriously would hire again amazing professional service!

Julian Williams with Apex Pro did an amazing job replacing my hot water tank to a tankless . He did the job that I usually see 2 or more people do it all by himself. I highly recommend him and Apex because they are quick to respond usually same day to come out and fix. I thought his job is nice and neat as well see my pictures if don’t believe me!
