The team kept me up to date on when they would arrive. They were polite, prompt and explained what they were doing in the process. They also game me advice on steps I could take to ensure my heater was running most productively. Absolutely recommend this company

I have used Waterworks for many years. Chris is great. He gave excellent advice, handled a few curve-balls quickly and professionally, and did solid work.

I want to start off by saying that the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is due to my experience with the gentlemen who came in to fix my toilet. They were very kind and professional, and they technically fixed the problem, but created a different one. My toilet needed resetting and a new valve due to being old. They came in, fixed the problem and replaced my valve. The following day I came home, and as I’m walking in my back door I hear gushing water. I rushed into my bathroom and take off the lid of the back of my toilet to water gushing everywhere. I turned off the water to my toilet to get it to stop gushing water and was able to drain my toilet but didn’t know how to fix the problem because I’m not a plumber. I called waterworks to explain what is going on and that obviously something has happened as a result of them working on it yesterday. I was told the soonest they could get me scheduled was two days away and when I explained that this was the only working toilet in my home, the gentleman stated he would let dispatch know, and that someone would reach out to me about availability because it was an emergency due to my household not having access to a toilet.

After hours of waiting, no one contacting me about an estimated time of availability, and not having a working toilet, I started watching YouTube videos, googling different toilet parts, and after 20 minutes of work was able to fix the problem which after watching the videos, I realized was due to the original plumbers not putting something tight enough on to secure a part which is why there was gushing water. (As a side note, I noticed while I was fixing the toilet that when they resealed it, the toilet now sits at a slight angle that it wasn’t sitting at before. On its own I would not care about that, but combined with everything else, I think it does deserve a mention as well). My toilet is working great now with no issues. I am disappointed that after spending hundreds of dollars that they could not give me a timeframe of when they could fix their mistake and left my household without a means to use the restroom for hours. By the time I was contacted, I was at work and wouldn’t have been available for them to come into my home to fix the mistake. If I had known a timeframe or if anyone had contacted me about when I needed it to be available for it to be fixed, I wouldn’t have fixed it myself, would have been patient, and would have tried to make myself available. The lack of communication, the multiple mistakes made, and the initial blow off when I called to report the issue of initially wanting me to wait two days FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE to be fixed is why I will not be using their services again.

Our technician Sam arrived on time and fixed our problem quickly. He gave us the price before he started working and was very nice. He explained the problem and fixed it promptly. We will use Waterworks for problems in the future.

Water Works was recommended by our condo management Company to have our broken gas stove disconnected from the gas line and the gas line capped. Getting a timely appointment was easy and the team that did the work showed up on time and did a good job.

Woke up to the furnace not working. Called Hetter and technicians arrived 3 hours later. Several issues diagnosed and will need a new furnace but they managed to get it up and running until the new one is installed. Great service and friendly techs every time.

Service was very good. The technicians were great and knew their business. I was very satisfied. They also replaced some PVC pipes.

Peter was right on time, very personable, and clearly explained what he had to do to replace the corroded pipe under my bathroom sink. He wasted no time getting the job done. I am very satisfied with his work and happy to have a functioning sink upstairs again!

I would give zero stars if I could. The "way they do business" (as you'll hear them say multiple times) lacks honesty and transparency. They insisted on sending a technician and refused to provide cost for fixed items, such as water heaters. The technician was late, took 3 pictures, then told me it would cost $5700 to install a replacement unit but refused to provide the breakdown of the estimate (labor, parts, etc). What type of business expects anyone to hand over several thousand dollars without telling them what exactly they are paying for? Everything about this experience from start to finish was awful. I would never waste my time considering them for any job ever again.

We hired The Waterworks to complete a Fall inspection of the furnace and humidifier. The technician, Bill Beightler, called us prior to our appointment to let us know he was leaving the shop. The company also sent an email with his photo and a short bio so I could feel comfortable with him. He arrived at the time he said he would be here and completed the work efficiently and was very respectful of our home and us. We will request this technician in the Spring.

The Water Works team diagnosed the problem (open pipe was NOT capped correctly) that was behind a cabinet and a wall. Fixed the problem for much less than the initially quoted price and did so in a timely manner. We will not hesitate to call upon Water Works for any future pluming issues.

We had standing sewer water in our basement and found it one night at 9pm. We did our best, but ultimately had to call the emergency line for after hours service. Kevin was wonderful and called us to let us know he was one stop away from our house, giving us plenty of heads up. He was able to solve the issue within an hour. Unfortunately, the blockage backed up again the next day and we had to call Waterworks again. They were completely apologetic (though this issue was not their fault) and sent Kevin back out the next morning first thing. They were able to permanently solve the issue and even helped to move out washer back into position when they were done. Waterworks was completely professional and affordable (we were expecting to spend thousands of dollars for something that only ended up being about $600). I could not recommend Waterworks enough for helping to save our basement!

James came out to assess our furnace and ensure it’s safe to use this coming winter. My husband and I felt so at ease with his expertise and advice. We knew he was being honest because he gave us options to move forward and things to consider. Thank you so much for being such an honest company!

Great job from Waterworks. Everyone is very helpful and work very efficiently. Have to replace a central air conditioner where the manufacturer did not put the Freon in the first place. However, everyone works hard to install the replacement central air conditioner the next day. The furnace was installed very well, works excellently.

We should have known better! We had a different company come out, even though we've known Wife & Sons for years. (The service charge was $10 less.) They told us we had a hole in our heat exchanger, and needed to turn off our furnace until we got it replaced! He was pretty pushy about getting our 10-year old furnace replaced, ASAP. We called Waterworks and the guys were very thorough & courteous. They told us there is no hole in our heat exchanger, and were a little suspect of the picture the other technician showed my husband of our supposed hole. They said it would have been impossible to see the heart exchanger from that angle. Hmmm. They completed several other services on the furnace while they were here. Highly recommended.

My tenants did not have working water over the weekend and no vendors were available. Waterworks were able to come out on the same day and get the repairs and water turned back on within hours. Susan from dispatch is wonderful and techs Jeff Nick and Tommy were very communicative and got the job done. I would 1000% reccomend to anyone for after hours or over the weekend emergencies.

Colin came to fix the toilet in my house and was extremely nice and friendly. I knew the problems I was having and bought the parts one was right the other wrong but he replaced it with theirs which was great! After finishing he tested the toilet and it was still running. My water bill has been that of a 4 person household and I’m paying the water company every month a high rate. He replaced another part and it stopped running. I’m glad I didn’t try to fix it like I was going to!! He put up with my cats and was very nice about my house!! He’s a good guy and good plumber!
