We contracted with Fritz Baumann & Sons to repair a waterline leak related to our ice maker. We have utilized this company in the past with no issues. Our latest experience with them was no exception. Blair was responsive to our questions during the initial call. Steve called back to confirm our service for the next morning. Jake was the repairman. He communicated his arrival time and was prompt. He was professional, courteous, and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Fritz Baumann Plumbing came out after my gas was turned off due to a leak. They were fabulous fixing the leak and testing pressures. I was grateful they could help me with in 24 hours to resolve my issue and to get my gas turned back on.

They were on time, respectful, explained the issue with our toilet that was causing a water spot on the ceiling and fixed it all within an hour or so for about $250 total (new parts, labor, house call, etc). Some people might say “why pay that much for what was a quick fix?” But I only think it was a quick fix because of how skilled these professionals are. I’d still be up there 6 hours later trying to take the toilet off the floor and probably break it in the process. So worth it to have a trusted professional come in, fix it and move on. Glad we have them to fix a small problem before it became a huge issue. Will be saving their information for any future needs!

I had a slow leak of my main water line that was made out of galvanized pipe, which resulted in a much more complicated project than your average plumbing repair. Blair was absolutely amazing and was able to explain the process to someone not super familiar in plumbing work, gave me various options to choose from, and I felt very confident proceeding with his recommendation. Sean, who was the Plumber who came out and performed the work was very experienced and friendly did an awesome job. I got multiple quotes from various companies and ultimately was very happy with choosing Fritz Baumann & Sons and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fritz Baumann & Sons is reliable, knowledgeable, and addresses your plumbing needs with confidence. I don't need to worry about them doing unnecessary things and they explain what they are doing the whole way. I feel safe having them come to my house and perform any plumbing problems, as they are courteous and know what they are doing. I know they will get the problem solved. They also address things in a timely manner. It's good to know a good company still exists, as they have been in business since l939. That tells you something.

We contacted Fritz Baumann & Sons as the result of a referral. Blair visited our home to examine some issues and while here gave excellent recommendations on other considerations for us. This was not an "upselling" exercise but, rather, good and sound advice for the long term long term. Both my wife and I were very confident that we have found our plumber as we move into this area from out of state!

Follow-up: The installation of our water softener and sump pump with back-up was done on March 27th. Tim and Jake did an excellent job of installation with no follow-up issues. They were courteous and focused on doing the job quickly and professionally. Great experience for us!

Blair and his team went above and beyond to quickly and efficiently help my wife and I make emergency repairs to our home water line after an unexpected pipe burst in our basement. While we were away on vacation, they worked with me remotely to get access to the house, ensure proper water isolation and ensured no further damage would occur. They made repairs on the weekend to ensure my family had access to running water and did an amazing job of flushing the system and testing the water to confirm everything was safe for the family. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

Every single employee that has come into my home is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and always very polite. They explain everything thoroughly, and they are trustworthy and honest. This time he wrote out a comparison of what I had, and two priced out options to replace my sump pump. Highly recommend them!

I was in a pinch for some work and final plumbing inspection by the city. Fritz Baumann came through to the rescue. They were very communicative, on time and were informative. Their pricing is reasonable and better than most of the others who have standard pricing regardless of time or materials. For instance a bigger named plumbing company came out for 30 minutes at my house cut a hole in my ceiling (charged additional for cutting) repaired and left me with $1k bill and I had a hole in my ceiling to fix. Fritz Baumann operates different and highly recommend.

This is the first time I have worked with Fritz Baumann & Son’s and must say, it was a terrific experience from start to finish. When I suspected that my old galvanized water service line may have a leak, I called the folks at Baumann where I was greeted by a real live person rather than a recording and a bunch of prompts to go through to get to speak with an individual. I explained my concern and they were out the same day to assess the situation.
Brett conducted a thorough inspection taking notes and pictures of situation and also walked me through the process. Shortly thereafter, I got the quotation which I felt was detailed, competitive and fair.

We then scheduled the work to be done, and the team of four folks showed up when they said they would be there and got right to work. It was clear to me that they were most focused on doing a quality job regardless of how long it took, rather than getting in and getting out. The team of Sean, Jake, and Jake were very polite and courteous while demonstrating the skills and talents they put into the project and not short cutting what needed to be accomplished so it was all correct. Side note, Sean has been with Baumann 37 years, which I think speaks volumes about this fourth-generation business. Once completed, they called the inspector out who signed off and I was back in business.

The other great takeaway for me, was the fact that at no time did they try and upsell additional products and services that I did not need. I have experienced this with other companies which I would never use again. On top of this, I paid what I was quoted given the fact all aspects were factored in from the start. As I said, this was a wonderful experience and Baumann & Son’s is now the company I will use when I have needs in the future.
