Fritz Baumann & Sons replaced my water service line after I found a leak in the old line.

They were quick, professional, and very reasonably priced compared to the other quotes I received from larger companies.
Brett came out and gave a quote quickly and was very transparent about the potential issues/costs that could pop up during the repair.
They were able to complete the work in one day and communicated with me the entire time.
I will definitely be calling them if I ever need similar services again!

We have used Your plumbing company since before the house was constructed! We are always satisfied that the job will be done properly. The last time we used you( just last week) You were out before noon to check on what could have been a major problem. Disaster averted! Thanks Fritz Bauman Plumbing!!

I called this plumbing service and explained the general area where the leak was coming from, the second-floor bathroom sink drain. I had already torn out the ceiling drywall to expose the pipes and drain. My request was for service to repair the drain leak only, and to reset the toilet with a new wax ring. The plumber arrived, and needed to open up a portion of a wall to expose the lavatory pipe the he discovered was the source of the leak. He then proceeded to point out all of the other plumbing that SHOULD be replaced in my home that was built in 1937. He spent a fair amount of time investigating plumbing that was not related to the actual leak or the repair of the leak. He said he had to do the extra labor, opening up additional ceiling areas so the estimator could see all of the old plumbing. Again, I did not request or want a quote for a complete plumbing rehab of the second floor bathroom, I told the plumber that was a guest bath and was infrequently used, but he persisted in telling me that an estimator would be in touch from the office, and that he didn’t have the three straight 8-hour days that it would take to fix the actual leak. So all in all, I was charged $388.00 and the invoice read “repairs” but in fact, nothing was repaired. The plumber showed up on time, and was courteous, but frankly it seemed like this particular repair was beyond his expertise. To be fair, the steal pipe that had deteriorated and broke away from the connection - the cause of the leak, was in a very tight space between floor joists and the wall. I had explained to the plumbing service during my original call that the home was built in 1937, and the business owner said he was familiar with homes in the area, and the variety of steel, cast iron and lead pipes existing in homes built during this time. Therefore, I assumed that whomever the company would send would be able to do the repairs instead of placing me in a queue to have an estimator come out to provide quotes on work that I never requested. I felt as though I was being “upsold”. I appreciate that if one had an unlimited budget perhaps there is wisdom in having all of the plumbing updated, but clearly that would be thousands of dollars! It wasn’t what I asked for, I just wanted the necessary work done to fix the leak.

They came highly recommended by an experienced plumber, I know. I trusted them enough to let them do the job unattended. I communicated clearly what I wanted, they took down all the details, and did an excellent job. And they did it for less than half of what I was quoted from Eco plumbers. It’s very nice to know you can still get excellent work at a fair price.

Met Blair through a friend so I’ve been giving this place my business the past few years. Does good work but will nickel and dime you to the point of no return. Had a T&P valve replaced, 30 minute job. Was charged $121.50 for a $67 part, also charged $5.98 for Teflon tape and $8.99 for pipe dope for a job with 2 threads. I thought the $121 was a mistake and called and was assured that was the MSRP for the part. Called Worley and was told otherwise. I was fine paying for the service charge and an hour of work for a quick job but getting overcharged on the parts and lied to I am not. I will be looking for a different company next time I need plumbing work.

I can’t say enough good things about Waterworks! I had to change my appointment and they were more than accommodating. They were able to reschedule the same day.

David did a great job. He checked and cleaned the furnace and humidifier and took time to explain some things to help me understand the issues that might crop up. I would like him to be our tech always.

Excellent experience. But the thermostat you put in when we bought the air conditioner is crap. Too complicated and the tech said the one you have now is worse. I never want another one from you unless it just has the old 3-4 settings for the day, none of this wake, away crap!!!

New furnace installed just 2 days after estimate visit. Just in time before upcoming colder weather. Techs were done ahead of schedule. Great service!

We needed a new water heater ASAP, waterworks was able to do it in the same day. They were professional, clean, and quick. Price was much lower than expected for same day service. I would highly recommend The Waterworks to everyone for their plumbing needs.

I call a 8am to reschedule an appointment, I was told to expect my tech between noon and 4. I got a call at 3 to confirm my appointment. The tech, Lonnie showed up 10mins later. He was professional and knowledgeable. After evaluating my repair he got me a better price on my repair than my previous estimate. Lonnie completed the repair faster than he’s estimated time and left as if he had never been there. I’m extremely happy with all aspects of my repair.

Unprofessional, charge you even though there is no dispatch fee-total scam! I highly discourage you from wasting your time and money. Had him come out for repairing leaking faucets and get quotes on additional work. 2/3 way through the visit he said he was going to have to charge me because it was taking so much of his time...it cost as much as it did to have another reliable company do the actual work! The only reason it took so much time is because he talked so much and made excuses for why he couldn't do any of the work that day. Very sloppy-pulled his booties out of his pocket that had holes in them, then after going in the wet shower didn't even wipe his feet-just tracked water all throughout the house. He did not make me feel like he would do a good job even if we did hire him.

Today Matt came to move the water and sewer lines in our master bath so a new vanity can be installed! He was great. Explained in detail what needed to be done and why. As you can see in the before and after photos - the difference is amazing. He paid extreme attention to detail. We are really pleased with his work and would HIGHLY recommend WATERWORKS!

A big shout out to Chuck, my technician from WaterWorks. During a semi-annual maintenance service, Chuck performed a variety of tasks, including fixing a whistle sound in my furnace, checking all the vents, and watering down my air conditioner with a hose. He also helped me put away the hose when he was through. He was highly knowledgeable, very ethical, and truly helpful throughout his visit. He answered my questions completely and was not bothered by them and in fact welcomed them. I highly recommend WaterWorks and plan to request Chuck again in the future! When technicians are this good, you don’t forget them.

Jeff and Antoine replaced our furnace in our condo. Only day in a month that it rained but they put pads down from the door to the basement to avoid making a mess. Also coming in and out of doors with tools and materials they were very careful not to hit or rub against anything. After they were done and explained everything to us, you could not tell they were there. Very pleased with work they performed and care they took while in house, definitely recommend using Waterworks and Jeff and Antoine as installers.

Water, works with there, but I really needed somebody. I called all the other major plumbing companies and they didn’t have time to come out in the middle of the night when I had an emergency water work sent a gentleman out and he stayed with me for four hours and got everything I need it fixed, but that’s the company I wanna do business with the other one’s one to put it off to Monday. Nobody wanted to come out on the weekends, but Water, works for there what I needed Them. I will always call them for my business from now on thank you very much for what you’ve done.

We called out the Waterworks to replace the leaking garbage disposal. The tech agreed that it would be an easy swap for a new one but our jaws dropped when he quoted us $800! Really? We pushed back and then he said he could do it for $500. Really, again? Anyhow, needless to say we declined. I picked up the part for just over an hundred and replaced it in 20 minutes. I believe the Waterworks is entitled to make money. That is the whole point, right. You do your job so that I don’t have to be bothered with it and can continue with mine. $800 was price gouging. Then the tech will suddenly do it for $300 less. Shady Shady. Their technicians obviously have production goals and incentives. This guy didn’t mind sticking it to a small business just to up his production. Waterworks loves to pride itself as a locally owned business but act like a national group owned by private equity. Meanwhile the owner is sipping cocktails over at Scioto Country Club. Do better and do right by your neighbors!

I had two jobs that needed to be done and both representatives were thorough and efficient. Explained everything to me and will be sending me information about upcoming jobs. Was very pleased with their work. They went above and beyond.

The tech that came out was extremely friendly, in the state of our world today, that makes a huge difference to me personally. The price was reasonable compared to a previous quote they was about $1000 more than waterworks. The repair was quick and the leak has been resolved and I'm very happy with the work that was done.
