Several years ago, I replaced my water heater with Columbus Plumbing; the results and cost were good. I thus hired Columbus Plumbing once more to fix all the bathroom faucets. After a few days, one of the faucets started to drip even though technician Jeromy fixed the issues. When I got in touch, the dispatcher sent someone who fixed the issue at no charge right away! Both men were kind and timely!

Most recently Jordan repaired a slow to fill toilet. He was quick, intelligent and friendly. In conversing, we discovered that we had very similar geographic connections in California.

Run as fast as you can they are a local shop with horrrrrrrible business practices. The guy left a huge mess in my living room cut open my dry wall and spent 45 minutes sitting in his van talking to his boss the owners son writing a manual quote on what to charge me after the job. He then came in the house rounded up 15 minutes and charged me a full hour above the actual work. This company needs to learn how to operate on a professional level. I only used them due to old owner using him but they wrote written receipts overcharged and never respond in a timely fashion and i even had to chase down to get a quote. Refund my for my hour your guy eating lunch in his van and talking you abouit (quoting the job) and i will consider bringing you up to 3 stars which is 2 more than this company deserves. Sometimes you get what you pay for other times you get robbed and this is one thief of a company buyer beware.
