Christian arrived and was very professional knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed my issue and quickly and got to work fixing the problem, then cleaned up as if he was never here.

I used Plumbing and Drain Professionals to repair a 125 gallon hot water tank. Christian was able to repair the tank by installing a new a blower motor instead of replacing the entire tank. Save us money!

Christian responded to a service call for my garbage disposal today. He was extremely knowledgeable, very polite and professional. My issue was resolved quickly and with a fair price. Carl arrived within the specified arrival window. He has 40+ years of plumbing and drain experience. He put the camera in the drain and then had to use the cable. He answered my questions and pointed out the issue. All clear now!! Thanks Carl.

Arrived same day and fixed a clog and replaced the incorrect plumbing left by the previous owners. Gave tips for preventing a problem in the future. Rodney was very knowledgeable. Very happy with service! Will use again (but hopefully I won't need to!)

Carl was extremely friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why and the cost. I would recommend using Plumbing and Drains to anybody. I will use them again. I called yesterday around 4 pm and they arrived around 9-9:30 am this morning. My drain is running clear because Carl made sure it was.

Zack was very professional and personal. He discovered the cause of a water leak and gave us our options to repair the leak. We selected one of the options and he got the parts and efficiently replaced our kitchen sink faucet. We are very satisfied.

Tony was great. He was friendly and easy to talk to.

He explained the malfunctioning expansion tank causing the water leakage. Decided to go with a totally new water heater replacement since my unit was quite old. The new installation required some piping rework which was easily handled. Would definitely recommend Tony and team.

I am very happy with my experience using The Local Plumber. Everything about the experience was high quality. I spoke with several members of the team, including the owner, customer service/assistance, and the assigned plumber. Every single member of the team was top-notch. It's very clear they run a high-performance operation at this firm and take quality very seriously.

Starting from initial reach-out, I spoke w/ someone immediately, and the customer support person Travis was an amazing communicator. Very polite and professional and was highly responsive. He came out and did the walk through and helped build a quote. He consulted with me on several approaches for my project so I could tailor the approach to what I ultimately decided would be best.

On the day that the install job was done, I was assigned Cole Huckaby as my plumber. He was an excellent and courteous communicator, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. It was obvious he cared a great deal.

Cole went above and beyond MULTIPLE times during my project. He ran into an issue with my basement rough-in that was a rare/unusual event, and instead of throwing up his hands, he called up to the other senior plumbers on the team and they brainstormed a solution. Ultimately they got it done.

There were multiple custom aspects of the work that Cole was happy to accomplish for me. Again, this guy went above and beyond I'd count at least 4 times during the scope of this project (roughly half day project).

He did a great job on the install and replacements, and he made sure to clean up diligently (and CONFIRMED with me if it was clean enough) after he completed.

Furthermore, we have 5 inches of snow outside right now. Cole made sure to take his shoes on and off constantly as needed to make sure our home stayed clean and tidy, adding to the difficulty of the job. He never once complained and he was proactive about this.

I'd absolutely recommend The Local Plumber, and for that matter big shout out to Travis my support rep and Cole my plumber (and Trevor the principle plumber). Great operation guys.

Reliable and reasonable pricing. This is the second time I used their service. Very responsive . Cole Huckaby is very knowledgeable and did a perfect job. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work and they don’t upsell anything. I had to fix my RDL Backflow unit and they did a great job. Travis was able to identify the problem from images I sent thru Text and it was total 30 min work but we ran into some issues and my pipe was missing some parts. They came back again the same week and fixed it without any additional charges.

Daniel arrived on time, was friendly and explained what he was doing along the way. It is so nice to deal with a company that puts their clients first and it was refreshing not to have to deal with a call center to schedule an appointment. They absolutely deserve a 10 star rating. You will not go wrong hiring this company. I definitely will call them again.
