Tech came out on Sunday and assessed situation and came back on Monday and installed new water heater-great service and techs were very respectful

They were here on time and did a great job! Keith was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

John was extremely professional and personable. Identified and fixes the problem quickly and made helpful specific suggestions to prevent the pipes from refreezing.

Gary was fantastic! We needed emergency maintenance and he came late at night fixed the problem quickly. He cleaned up his entire working path starting from the front door which I found very professional and respectful. He explained the problem in detail and gave me recommendations to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I even had another maintenance issue I needed help with and he helped me with it no question. Definitely a 11/10 experience and I highly recommend Gary and this company.

I've previously given 5 * but had to have them out again, and its again 5 *. Gary is great, he takes the extra few minutes to show you what he sees, what he's doing, and explain it all.

Buzz was quite awesome to work with. Since he called me to let me know he was on the way, he was great. Called them a little before 7 am and they scheduled for same day within hours. When Buzz came and looked into the issue with sump pump and possibly drain issue, he explained everything to me, which really helped. Once the issue was figured out, he gave me pricing which was quite reasonable, much less than the pluming company I spoke with the day before. He took all the time to look into the situation. I was so impressed with the way he handled this. Kudos to Buzz. I recommend him and the company for plumbing and drain repairs.

He got there early & the tool he needed wasn’t working so he left & sent another tech that was closer back & he came in & got the job done & explained everything & what not to do in the future to prevent from happening again & provided DIY maintenance

This company was amazing! So patient informative and helpful. Our plumber Clyde was very kind and did clean work. We didn't have to worry about a thing. I noticed on the flyer he gave that they are available nights and weekends easy. This guy needs call pay because the quality and speed of the work was amazing. So thankful to him and I feel so lucky that I don't have to worry about our plumbing anytime soon!

Graham was fantastic! I needed a new hot water tank and they offered to come same day but my schedule did not align. He came the next day to do the install and despite me telling him the wrong size tank, he immediately got the right size! Had everything done in less than an hour. Great customer service!

Clyde always takes care of our plumbing issues. He is professional and courteous and willing to listen to you (most important) and gets the job done efficiently. Can't say enough good things about my overall experience in dealing with the office staff and plumbing professionals that have come to my home over the last several years. Would recommend Plumbing and Drain Professionals to take care of plumbing work hands down.

I'm a realtor helping a seller her through some remedy items selling her home. We needed the sewer line cleaned out and we had to assess for further damage and possible replacement. I met with Chris Stuart, assessed the situation, and he quoted the clean out. Thank God the line was intact and we didn't require further repairs. They were friendly, professional, and price fairly. Even the schedulers are nice! Above all, he was honest. He could have lied and sold me some nonsense and I'd probably would have never known, but he didn't. This is my new go to plumber and I will certainly refer them to all my friends, family, clients, and colleagues. 10/10

I had a water line leak between my house and the street. The guys were all polite and respectful. They definitely knew what they were doing and kept me informed on what was going on. The water was turned back on as soon as possible. They went the extra step of saving my tree, which had to be removed to access the water line. It was the best experience I could have hoped for in a situation you never want to be in. I would highly recommend this company and crew.
