Dan came over and replaced a meter since small leak on valve in a crawl space, was very quick , kind and informative at Big Walnut. Worked very well with the city of Columbus that even they came out quick to finish the inspection. Whole job was done in about 3 hours.

Parson was very affordable and does basic quote over the phone, when talking to other companies they didn’t not know some basics. Parson quoted 850 with the piece. I had 2 other quotes done by Roto-Rooter and buckeye plumbing that came out to estimate and was over $1000 and tried to upsell on more work or unnecessary memberships .

Would recommend Parson and Dan again!

Robert came out to fix a leaking bath faucet. After listening to me telling him that I’ve had to replace cartridges in this faucet before, he tested my water pressure and discovered that it’s very high. He said my water heater tank may be leaking because of this high pressure and it was! He’s brilliant to get the background of the situation and fix the problem instead of the symptom. A++

Trevor and Kyle did a great job replacing a leaky pipe. It was a tough job in an old crawl. Thank you so much! Highly recommend Parsons Plumbing, Kyle & Trevor! Hard working, polite, very skilled!

Parson Plumbing came out to help with an issue we were having quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and resolved the issue immediately. Will definitely be calling them again for any future issues.

Parsons plumbing sent Matt to get my kitchen sinks un clogged. he was very courteous, removing his shoes at the front door, then straight to work, taking care of the clog and answering my questions I had about the disposal, etc..

Matt was very pleasant and professional, he fixed my problem (3 bad shower valves) at one-fifth the cost of what I was quoted by 2 other companies. The others wanted to open the walls, wasn't necessary! I definitely have a set plumber now whom I can trust.

Called them on Friday afternoon after we woke up to no hot water. They were able to come out the next morning to check out our water heater. It was old and needed replaced. They were able to come out within a couple days and get us going again. Everyone i talked to and interacted with were incredibly nice, and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

I called Parsons on a Friday morning and they were able to get me a same day appointment that afternoon. Trevor did a great job a communicating about his timing and the work he did, and the work was great, too; through and professional!

My neighbor recommend Parson’s when I needed my hot water heater replaced. I can’t say enough good things here regarding the advice they provided and the exceptional and on time service I experienced. I now have a plumbing company I can trust when I need their service in the future and will gladly recommend them to others.

Everything went well. The repairman was nice and polite. After checking everything, he assured me there was no problem, which made me feel better. He told me to call if I did find a leak.

I needed work done on my water heater & I had looked around for the best reviews/companies and it landed me with parsons plumbing - I made an apt and they sent Matt out to do the work, he was very friendly, took his time to make sure things were completed and correct and working as they should be. Cleaned up around where he was working as he stated he would. Very happy have Matt on your team!

Working with Parson Plumbing was a great experience. We had a significant leak, and it took some discovery to find the source (which ended up being uncommon/atypical). We worked with Matt Howland. He was thoughtful, quick, and effective. Will be working with Parsons Plumbing in the future and intend to request Matt specially.

Recently bought a house and have only used one plumber in the Columbus area - that company was booked a month out so I did some reach and found a lot of people recommending Parsons Plumbing.

I called their office and had (Dan?) scheduled the very next day where he diagnosed the issue of the leak and gave me two options: a more costly fix that would diagnose the root issue of the leak that was covered under warranty, or a cheaper fix that would fix the issue at hand but was not covered under warranty and did not guarantee undoing the shoddy job by the people who flipped the house. I stated that I would like to go with the more costly option so Dan went to call suppliers for the part, he came back 5 minutes later after making some calls and told me he was able to get the specific part needed for the leak instead of the full assembly, which ultimately saved me $300+.

Once the part arrived, Robert was the plumber who came out and made the repairs. He was timely, thorough with his work, and went above and beyond by explaining the root of an issue with my downstairs shower (another issue I inquired about and had corrected), as well as tightening my toilet after he noticed that it was loose while installing the part to the leaking upstairs shower. Robert truly made it feel like he cared about the customer and wasn’t just there to complete his job.

Honest and affordable service like this is exactly what I was looking for, and that is why I will now continue to use Parsons Plumbing in the future!

I am so thankful for Kyle!! We just recently moved in our home and we were having issues with our hot water heater. Parsons plumbing was excellent to work with. The plumber, Robert, was top notch. He explained the work to be performed and why it was needed. His work was great and you couldn’t tell he had done anything because his cleanup was fantastic.

I called about my clogged toilet and tub around 10am and Michael R was at my house before 3pm the same day!

He was very kind and worked fast. He told me what it would cost before starting the work and in less than an hour he had fixed both problems.
