We had our shower drain fixed about a week ago, and it’s been working perfectly since. I definitely recommend this plumbing company! Tony was very nice and took the time to explain everything while he worked. He also left the area spotless afterward. Great work and great organization — definitely deserving of 5 stars. I would gladly book with them again.

Brendi, with 1-Tom-Plumber, did an excellent job rerouting a frozen exterior pipe on my house in Columbus OH. He also reset my sump pumps. The receptionist, Brandy, communicated well and set me up with a next-day appointment. Prices were pretty close to expectations.

Tyler was great! Got our sub-optimal toilet back to normal the best he could, and he laughed with us, making the whole midnight plumber experience much less stressful. We learned a lot about toilets. We also love our bright-pink sink plunger to remind us who to call if we find ourselves in a similar pickle in the future.

Tony did a great job eliminating a drip from our shower faucet. He was friendly, personable, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely contact him again if the need arises.

The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The repair was done efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now. I had a faucet leak in my home and 1 Tom Plumber came out and fixed it the same day of calling, on a Saturday! The service technician, Tyler, did an amazing job and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

Service person was great. Knew exactly what was needed and got down to business making repairs. Repairs was replacing a metal pipe that rusted and had a hole. Installed faucet that I bought. Snaked a clog in bathroom sink and replaced outside spigot. Did great work but thought it was a little pricey. In all fairness, I do not know what these services run and needed these items done.

I hired them for the first time maybe 6 Mo ago to replace the main water shut off at my home. They did a great job with a good price. So when my water heater just went out they were my first thought. ( I did get other estimates and did some research ) Installation went fine and after a week of no hot water ( my fault researching ) I had hot water again :) There was a concern I had so called the office and it was handled immediately. With that kind of customer service any future needs I have I will call them again. I highly recommend them. Good price, Nice work, and Great customer service.

Tyler and Marques were knowledgeable and helped us understand complex plumbing issues in a very old house. We had significant roots growing through the sewer line, and they stayed late to make progress - eventually Tyler had to come back on another day, which was understandable given the severity of the roots. He was able to show us on his camera that the line was in fact clear.

I do wish the communication was clearer on scheduling throughout the process, as there was some confusion around the Thanksgiving weekend with having the correct tools available, or when exactly there would be availability for the job - not to the fault of the specific guys that helped us.

Overall we had a great experience with 1-Tom and look forward to working with them in the future.

Tony & Brindy did a great job installing my new hot water tank. They were personable, professional and worked hard to install the hot water tank. The installation looks great. They made sure to clean up the area and went over all I needed to know once they were done. I would call Tony & Brindy again in a heartbeat.

Once again, 1-Tom-Plumber came through when I really needed them. During a snow emergency over the weekend, they responded quickly and professionally. Rick called me back exactly when he said he would and had a team member at my home first thing the next morning. The issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved efficiently.

I’ve used 1-Tom-Plumber before, and their consistency is what really stands out, excellent customer service, excellent advice to make sure repairs are done right, fair pricing, and an extremely knowledgeable team. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate their great work!

Absolutely stellar work. The plumber came out yesterday and fixed our lines using the hydro-jet, and the whole experience was top-notch. He was fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient—clearly knew exactly what he was doing and explained things clearly along the way. Bonus points for being so kind to our dog and even bringing her a company-logo ball, which completely made her day. Professional, thorough, and genuinely thoughtful service. Highly recommend!

The plumbers Brindy and Marquez were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I asked a ton of questions and they clearly explained the issue, gave an honest assessment, and completed the repair efficiently. The work area was left clean, and everything was tested thoroughly before they left. Fair pricing and great communication throughout. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again

We have found our new go-to plumber! 1-Tom-Plumber is one of the best service providers we have ever encountered. Our pipes burst late at night and the next morning Marquez and Brindy were at our house ready to repair and restore our water service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. Not only did they replace and upgrade our burst pipes, they installed our new touch kitchen faucet. The price was fantastic for all of the work they completed, and they even gave us a complimentary plunger and a tennis ball for our dog! When we called other providers, an A.I. assistant would answer the phone and run us around in circles. When we called 1-Tom, an actual human answered the phone (even late at night) and set everything up for us - just awesome!! Highly, highly recommended.

Stacy was excellent! She called half an hour in advance of her scheduled arrival, showed up right on time, communicated clearly, and worked with me in exploring various options for fixing my plumbing issue.

All my communications with 1-Tom-Plumber were good experiences, which I very much appreciate, and stands in stark contrast to what I have come to expect from other contractors I have worked with in the area.

The only downside to my experience was the hourly labor price, which seemed very steep to me.

That said, my overall experience was positive, and head and shoulders better than it has been with the 3-4 other plumbing companies in the area I had previously tried. I will definitely reach out to 1-Tom-Plumber again for future jobs.

We had a wonderful experience with 1 Tom Plumber. Our sump pump went out and our basement was flooded. This company came fast, she was professional and really helped explain our different options. She installed a new sump pump quickly and did a great job! We would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Matt with Parsons plumbing and drain come out and quickly identify the issues we had going on, walk me through the necessary remedies, and get the work done. I could tell Matt knew what he was talking about, and not only did he fix the issues but also talked me through things I can do going forward. I would recommend using Parson Plumbing and drain for any of your residential plumbing needs.

Kyle with Parsons Plumbing and Drains was wonderful, he went above and beyond for his customers. He truly made you feel that you are special and they do whatever it takes to please their customers. They are the best!

We had some spam clogging our shower drain and had to call Parson Plumbing and Drains. Stephen answered the phone and was great, he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and provide an accurate quote for repairs, then dispatched a plumber the same day!!!!

Matt & Ryan arrived at the promised time and installed our new hot water heater and disposed of the old one. Very efficient, competent, & courteous guys.
