Spencer came out to our home late at night with a smile on his face and a kind demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and fair, while being mindful of his wet shoes and made every effort to keep my home clean. He was able to work quickly and fix my problem with ease. Spencer handled my nosey kiddos with grace and patience. I was impressed with his efficient efforts and the insight he offered on what might have caused the clog. We are very pleased with him and his servicing. Thank you again!

Customer service was excellent. Was very thorough with the issue and explained post the service what all was completed. Time of call to knock on the door was exceptional. Lastly, the issue resolution was fantastic at right around and hour and left the place better when the technician got here.

Kenny was AWESOME!! Super nice guy, fixed the issue and then went above and beyond to answer some general plumbing questions I had. Very professional and thorough, and was very patient and kind with my rescue dog (they made friends at the end). I had a great experience with Damian! He came for a late night leak in my hot water tank and was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and the costs upfront, which I really appreciated. He came back the next day to finish up, since he had to wait for stores to open to purchase a replacement part, and checked out another issue for me. I’ll definitely be calling him again in the future! Highly recommend :)

The Roto Rooter technician who came out today was excellent. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and walked me through the solution step by step. He was very smart, knowledgeable, and patient, and I never felt rushed or talked down to.
You can tell he knows his work and takes pride in doing the job right. If you want clear answers, honest service, and quality work, he’s the person I would ask for. Highly recommended.

I want to express how professional and thoughtful Robert and Jo were from Roto Rotor while taking care of our plumbing needs. Roto Rotor and all their people deserve a five star rating for helping us in our unexpected and immediate housing repairs.

Had my daughter’s boyfriend who is allegedly in the “trade” business install a vanity w/ sink in our master bath. Needless to say this did not go over as one may think.
The old vanity was removed without any problem. Somehow, someway, he ended up breaking the plumbing pipe leading to the basement. After completing a partial quick fix, he decides he is going to take a leave of absence to deal with his bi-polar issue.
Needless to say, my wife was now in a rut (I didn’t want anyone but a professional to do the job in the first place) and needed her bathroom back in order asap.
She called Roto Rooter and 2 wonderful gentleman show up. Not only did they fix the original plumbing, but made a few changes to the plumbing to make it more streamlined where there should never be another issue whatsoever.
Not only was the plumbing replaced, but they also took the time to inform her that the faucet she had on the old vanity was not meant for the new vanity. So, they went to Lowe’s, purchased a new one to her liking and installed it.
All in all, what started as a simple small project turned into something bigger, that somehow made everything better, thanks to Roto Rooter.
I definitely recommend using this company, and if I ever need them in the future, they will get the call.

When 1-Tom-Plumber says fast, reliable, dependable, committed and 24/7, they are not kidding! We woke up to a nightmare, our house flooding overnight. Water everywhere, leaking to the basement, walls destroyed, ceilings caving in, etc. The leak came from a busted line from the sink in our half-bath. We couldn't get the leak to stop unless we turned off the main water line.

We call 1-Tom-Plumber, someone was at our house within the hour to fix the issue! This provided us with peace of mind on a nightmare of a day! I will forever be grateful for their fast, reliable help. Our plumber for all our future plumbing needs.

1 Tom Plumbing did an exceptional job for me after a nasty sewer backup in my basement. I was treated, as was my property, with respect. Everything was explained to me as it happened. I was shown the video, so I could see exactly what caused the backup and how it was resolved. Every person I spoke with was kind, appreciative of my time and efforts, and I could see this was a team effort on their part, sharing pride in a job well done. They coordinated with PuroClean, who came after to clean after the backup. They did a magnificent job...ditto all the above. An air scrubber was left overnight to clean the air of cleaners used, appreciated due to respiratory concerns. I spent 2 weeks trying to clean up, and it proved too difficult. I am so grateful to have gotten such wonderful help for a fair price. Both companies were recommended by friends who had used them. Don't hesitate to call them. Thank you, 1 Tom Plumbing!

Brindy was timely. He presented a fair estimate to permanently remove a garbage disposal. Clean up was completed such that there was no trace of service provided. With such a good result I contracted to replace a hot water tank.

These guys are fantastic! We had 2 non-related plumbing problems in the office in the same week, and they came right out and took great care of us! Very professional! Highly recommended!

An excellent service and a 20/10 team. Brendy did an excellent job scoping our drains, clearing them and sharing both email and hard copy footage to address a flooding issue. Brandy and Tiffany at the office not only set me up quickly to help with our flooding, they answered every question I had with the best hospitality I've had the pleasure of working with.
