Great customer service. John was very knowledgeable at what he does. I was so glad to have found Drain Masters. They were able to schedule me in quickly ( next day) compared to the other company (a 24 hr emergency service plumbing company ) which was scheduled a week out. ??

Damian did a great job with our dishwasher installation and replacement. Very easygoing, personable and respectful of our home. Definitely will have on call for future work

Our pilot light went out on our water heater and we couldn't light it. It's never gone out in the 2 and 1/2 years we've lived here so we had no idea how to do it correctly. It's an automatic pilot light. Damien was down there for a while and got it lit finally. We really appreciated his help.

Spencer was absolutely fantastic, especially given our service call was during a very busy Black Friday. He explained everything he was doing and was very thoughtful and considerate, as we had a big family gathering happening at the same time as he cleaned out our main sewer line.

We had a plumbing need...not an emergency, but definitely time sensitive. They fit us in and completed the work in a very timely manner, and kept us posted every step of the way. Very pleased!

Kenny was a lifesaver! We had someone else come in to try and seal the sewer drain with the Oatey plugs. They tried 4-5 times but failed. This was causing the basement bathroom to flood when I used the upstairs bathroom. They said I've to replace the metal tubes since it's 60 years old and threads are worn out. Kenny walked in and took care of it in 1 shot. Didn't use anything fancy, nor a different plug. I was speechless. I took his contact details and going to refer him if anyone asks for a good plumber. Saved me a headache of having to seal it myself.

My experienced Plumber of 27 years, Tony, quickly evaluated my garbage disposal problems and offer solutions to resolve those problems. I decided to go with primary repairs he'd suggested needed replacing today. Two hours later and I'm good to go! Brand new piping, no leaks and "very quiet" name brand garbage disposal and area all clean up. The wealth of tips and conversation were much appreciated. I'm confident of the work and one-year warranty.

We had a plumbing disaster in my home today and Roto-Rooter responded very quickly and the technician, Spencer was able to assess the situation quickly show me where the leak and additional issues were. He was able to fix the problems same day which was a huge blessing! In spite of dealing with the ordeal itself Roto-Rooter did a great job getting things fixed in a timely and efficient manner.

Christopher got to my home in a reasonable time. He was very professional and kept me informed of what he was doing and why he was doing it. And how much it would cost, which I greatly appreciated.
I went to clean up the shower I was impressed he had already cleaned the shower. I would recommend Christopher to anyone having drainage problems. Since this is not the first time I have had this problem he gave me some solutions that would remedy this problem.

Rotorooter was very quick to respond to a leaking pipe emergency that we had in our downstairs ceiling. Layla was dispatched the same day and took her time to diagnose the problem. She found the cause of the leak and works to repair it and worked with her team to resolve the issue and obstacles that arose during the process. She was calm, polite and worked as quickly as she could.
