51530 Cody was the absolute most helpful fixing the leak in our basement when it sprung one morning. The city took forever to fix the outside shut off valve but Cody did everything they could and was given the run around. The single helpful person through this entire experience. Would ask for him specifically if I needed anything in the future.

DrainMaster was extremely helpful for our multi-leak troublesome bathtub. Their plumbing tech Kevin went way above and beyond with trying to come up with side solutions to solve our issue. His a professionalism and knowledge were very apparent throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to call back for any plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Had a different plumbing company out that spent 2 hours working on our sink clog, only to tell us our only option was to replace all of our plumbing for $13k (and would have to tear up all of our bathrooms to do it). We called DrainMaster for a second opinion - not only did they get the sinks flowing again in 15 minutes, they explained that if they did have to replace anything, it would have been one small piece of pipe accessible from the back of the vanity. No price gouging or upselling, just honest solutions.

I had an urgent and unexpected issue pop up and needed my down spout drain line replaced as it was completely collapsed. Cody and Dillon were amazing in replacing the line with little damage to the grass. Dillon came out to scope my line to determine actually how bad the damage and repair that was needed. He did great explaining what he was seeing and providing his recommendation on what needed to be fixed. Cody came out on the following Tuesday to get the work done. He was very helpful in explaining what he would do gave me updates on progress. Was very happy to see that Dillon came back out also to help with the job. As a homeowner, quality work and affordability is very important. I have tried working with other plumbing companies over the last couple of years and by far Drain Master was affordable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them. They are my go to for any new plumbing issues I have. (And thanks to my fence contractor for the amazing recommendation ;-)
