Ok, the positive: they showed up on time, the tech was professional and courteous and they got the clog out in 20 minutes.

The downside: $430 for 20 minutes of work, most of which was me showing the tech where the sink was. I then asked if he could hook the sink back up, and the tech informed me that he could but it would be an additional $330. I told him no thanks I’d do it myself. Took me about a half hour, probably would have taken him 10 minutes. I’m sorry if I were charging $400+, I’d hook the damn sink back up!

They then pestered me for a review, so here it is. 2 stars.

Sometime on Wednesday, our sump pump failed due to the high water volume from the rains this Tuesday evening. Water came out of the sump and on the floor and ended up about 2 inches all over. We discovered the the failure / water about 9:30 pm on Wednesday evening.

We called Roto Router. We had 2 Techs at the house in less than an hour with a replacement pump. Also Roto Rooter had a Water restoration Supervisor stop in to make sure we were OK. Since we had about 2 inches all over the basement the drywall had started to wick the water into the drywall. Roto Rooter had a specialized crew at the house Thursday am to start the clean-up.

By 3 pm they had all the water out and the baseboards removed and fans and drywall dryers installed. Later Thursday morning, we had 3 Roto Rooter local Execs stop by to do a random site visit quality review. I was blown away at the professionalism and the caring nature displayed by those folks for our situation.

I gotta tell you, Roto Rooter was impressive, fast response, excellent Techs and sincere Executives that care about quality and customer satisfaction. For all my plumbing needs in the future I will only use Roto Rooter. They are awesome. Many thanks and kudos to Manny, Aaron, Josh, Jacob and the entire team!

Easy scheduling and fast response time despite difficult weather conditions. We had a leaky refridgerator valve and saw water leaking from the basement ceiling. Kenneth was friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will work with the company again.

Damian was amazing! Not only did he do a great job clearing the drain, but he also went the extra mile by moving furniture without being asked. He was very professional throughout the entire job. Thanks, Roto-Rooter!

Layla arrived at my residence with a positive attitude and addressed my concerns in a professional manner! My wife and I were amazed with the professionalism and customer service displayed and will always call Roto-Rooter for any Plumbing concerns. Of’course we will request Layla. Can’t go wrong with the knowledge displayed by Layla. The repairs were conducted and completed same day.

It was late when Paul arrived and I was so happy to see him because I'm having issues with my drain at the street. Unfortunately, my neighbor parked their car in front of my house once again and Paul . could not work on it, but he offered to reschedule me for Friday, which I truly appreciated.. paul has a very pleasant disposition, and he was very nice to speak to. Call , thank you for taking an unbearable situation and turning it into humor and rescheduling me

Spencer was very fast, professional, and respectful fixing our clogged pipes this evening. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and concisely, and was upfront and clear about any costs. 10/10 recommend

We have used Roto-Rooter serveral times over the years with total satisfaction. This last time, I had to call on a Saturday and a tech arrived within 3 hours and solved our problem. Wonderful service and always dependable.

I’ve never written a review, but I felt compelled to this time. It goes without saying, Kenny is an expert/super knowledgeable. He explained everything about the inspection in detail, but also so it was understandable for the average Joe, like myself. He was thorough, professional, helpful, and genuine. There aren’t really enough adjectives, so I’ll stop there. He alleviated a lot of my concerns— I don’t need major work done yet, but will certainly be contacting Roto-Rooter, and specifically Kenny, when I do (which could easily be in the near future). He was about as good as it gets, honestly.

We had a water leak under our kitchen sink, and there wasn't a quick turn off valve. Kenny responded in a timely manner and addressed our situation very professionally. He fixed our problem and even installed quick shut off valves in the basement. Thank you for your speedy response and professional work.

Fast service! Damian was a great technician - friendly, professional, and didn't speak down to women. Job took a while longer compared to another time we had this service but i think the outcome is and will be better going forward. Great experience all around!

We had water pipe burst at early morning! It’s very urgent situation to us. Kenneth is a very nice guy. He comes quickly! works efficiently! It’s a great experience with Roto-Rooter!

Kenny was awesome! My grandson's greeted him at the door and he kindly took a few minutes to acknowledge them and their silliness.
He was very good at explaining what he needed to do and continued as he went. Gave good suggestions for future prevention and maintenance.

Kenny (0506) went above and beyond helping to relieve a sump pump flooding issue. Tested old pump vs just swapping out with new pump and determined we had clogged drain going out of house. Inside and outside in rain clearing the drain at 1:30am. Called (3) companies, Eco, West Jeff plumbing and Roto Rooter the only one who agreed to help in this emergency, definitely prevented the disaster from being any worse.

I had an emergency situation with my hot water heater today. RotoRooter sent out one of their best, Paul. He quickly assessed the situation and had a fix for me the same day. Paul communicated with me every step of the way and explained things clearly and thoroughly. I never felt pressured into buying anything and his prices were very reasonable. I mostly appreciate Paul’s professionalism, honesty, and expertise in getting the job done for me today. RotoRooter - you hired a gem. Thanks again, Paul!

My technician from Roto-Rooter was Damian Bilbrey, he was very knowledgeable, professional and very polite. He fixed the clog I had in my branch sewer line. I would recommend him if you are needing a professional plumber and not someone who is in a rush and dont care about their work. Yes, unfortunately, I've had another plumbing company technician that ruined the chances of me ever contacting them for any services because of their technicians conduct.

Scheduling was easy and response time within a few hours. When tech arrived information was forthcoming and repair completed without issue. In addition, the tech took a look at the line providing additional information regarding condition. Five stars to both the Customer Service Representative who took the call and Tech for services rendered. Thank you!

Ricardo was very prompt and knowledgeable when completing our service. Thorough communication throughout the process. Jeff followed up a few days later to complete the camera scan that was part of the job. Very personable. Highly recommend using Roto-Rooter.

Damian did a great job! He was fast and efficient. He even had to move the washer and dryer, but made sure everything was back in place and wiped up before he left! Thanks for doing such a great job!

Service team was polite, but $500 to snake a drain seems excessive to me. Told them no thanks.

I had another company come out and do the job for $93. Thanks for the offer but I am good! Suggest you review your pricing or ensure reps are trained on how to appropriately price for requested services. Thank you!

Kenneth was very kind, polite, and professional. He took his time, and did a very thorough job! I would want to specifically request him for every job that I would need done.
