Update: Just had Noel from Parsons Plumbing and Drain at the house. He immediately diagnosed the issue I was having on the kitchen faucet. He walked me through the repair and asked me if I had any questions. From there he tackled the issues in an efficient manner. He was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home and property. I recommend calling these guys and asking for Noel. You will get a fair price for outstanding service.

Called Parson Drains on Sunday. Dustin showed up for a walk through on Monday. I had the estimate on Tuesday. I scheduled the work Wednesday. He and his partner Kyle showed up on the date scheduled. They first picked up my hot water tank and my water softener from Lowe’s. Brought them into the basement then carried my whole home water purifier system from the garage to my basement. Left after they staged the area. Showed up the next day on time. Installed the water tank, softener, and purifier system. Plumbed in a bypass, and cleaned up the area after. Took away the old tank. It was all done perfectly on schedule and the quote was the price!!! No BS, just qualified, on time, on cost service.

Needed a Roman faucet replacement on my standalone tub, which was a pain to get to. Kyle was able to come assess the situation install it, and after a couple hiccups, everything is working great. I couldn’t be happier with Kyle, the nicest professional I have ever worked with, and even my dogs loved him and were sad when he left. Keep up the great work and thank you for the great service! I will definitely be recommending you to others in the neighborhood.Give that man a raise!

Kyle from Parsons Plumbing was incredible! We had a leak no one else could pinpoint—other companies kept giving us the runaround—but Kyle came in and immediately took the situation seriously. He thoroughly evaluated every possible source before doing anything invasive. When he needed to make a small opening in the drywall to use a camera, he measured carefully to get as close as possible to the problem area, and he was spot on.

Thanks to his precision, he found and fixed the issue quickly without causing unnecessary damage. He was honest, respectful, efficient, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

Service: Installation of whole-house water softener. I've been looking for a company like Parson Plumbing and Drains for a long time. I was impressed with the quality of their work, and equally impressed by the knowledge and communication skills of the individual who did the work. Parson's does plumbing the way it used to be done before the large, impersonal and heavily advertised "sales machines" that dominate internet came along. These guys are amazing and if I could give 10 stars I would. Helped us out over a cold weekend. Quick, efficient, very professional and had several recommendations for the way the work could be done. Pricing was less than big name competitors, but the quality of work was done exceptionally well. They were here when they said they would be. No large windows of time for arrival (we had 2 hrs and they showed up promptly)! Very happy, we will definitely use in the future if needed and spread the word anytime someone asks for a recommendation!

Mike Rife was friendly, quick, and professional. He called 20 minutes before arriving. He did a quality job. We would certainly use Parson Plumbing and Drains again. Mike was here about 45 minutes. The price we payed was a little overpriced in my opinion. But, what are you going to do?

From my first communication with Dustin (who was kind and got me on the schedule) to the guy that came to do the work, Kyle, they were amazing. Kyle communicated every step with me. We had to get the city to turn off the water to my house at the curb and Kyle let me know what was going on and worked with the city. Many thanks for your service call yesterday. We have an old, Bexley home that still has some original plumbing. The old faucet handles in a shower had become so stiff they were almost impossible to turn on or off. Matt came out and promised he'd do his best to try to repair them so they were usable again. I feared bad news but, sure enough, he was able to take them apart, clean and lubricate them, and they work like new again! I had been struggling with them for months fearing an expensive tear-out would be required. The charge for the call was extremely reasonable compared to several other plumbing repairs we've had. Matt was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He finished the job quickly and took time to answer all my questions. I'm so glad I did some research and found Parson Plumbing. I had Matt from Parson Plumbing out to change my old water heater that was leaking, he did a great job. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I’m extremely happy with parson plumbing! 5 star experience!!

Nathan Casper came out to hydro blast our main sewer line, there were numerous tree roots blocking it. Nathan was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job and explained everything thoroughly! Eco plumbers quoted me more than double what this company charged, and they made multiple trips to my home to try and sell me; telling me the cost of the equipment, etc. I highly recommend this company and Nathan!

Upstairs Shower/tub was pouring water through a light fixture below and ceiling. Called Parsons they came out same day. Matt was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the problem area in the shower drain and was able to cut a small hole right below to gain access and fix the problem all in about 2 hours total only! And reasonably priced! Matt even was able to salvage the piece of dry wall he cut so we can reuse it in the repair/paint ourselves. Thank you Matt and Parsons we will definitely use guys for any plumbing needs.

Parsons plumbing is honest and works hard to solve any plumbing issue. We had a problem with our toilet seal and when they went to lift the toilet the tank cracked. They immediately ordered a replacement tank at no charge and came back to reset the seal and toilet. Their communication is fantastic. I feel confident recommending them!
