Excellent. Very prompt, honest, does great work. I've tried a few plumbers in Columbus just to compare them and The Local Plumber is the one I'll call before anyone else! Super nice guy too.

There is not a better plumber out there. I work in Real Estate and Travis and team are truly wonderful. They are kind, timely, well priced and reliable. First time I’ve ever been able to check all those boxes. Hire them, you will not be disappointed.

The Local Plumber team was great to work with, they performed an initial assessment and reviewed the plan thoroughly and answered all questions , the owner introduced his team and who would be in the home , when the team members arrived for the work day they explained the plan for the day and began the work, they were courteous of their surroundings and even made sure to not slam doors when they went in and out to remove debris. They worked efficiently and quietly and even gave updates throughout the day. The owner answered texts messages / emails very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Travis was awesome! He arrived during the time window provided when appt. was scheduled, was professional, personable, and able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. Would highly recommend.

Cole arrived on time and got the job completed quickly. We needed a gas shutoff valve which was leaking replaced. Everything leak free and working now.

Travis came out and assisted in fixing our shower that had started leaking onto the floor below. His experience and wise advice saved me both time and money. I would recommend Travis to anyone with any kind of plumbing/ water issue.

I am very impressed with the folks at The Local Plumber. Travis arrived and did a thorough review of the work I needed done. After making sure he was accounting for the all the work needed, he provided a fair estimate. He then scheduled a day for the work to be done. Dan arrived the next week on time. He did a great job completing the work. I really appreciated how, while and after the work was completed, Dan explained what he was doing and why. I really felt good with the whole process and it was a relief to know that the work I had done was done so by such a professional company! On a personal note, both Travis and Dan were friendly and a pleasure to work with. Its nice to know that I have a reliable and professional plumber for any future needs. I would not hesitate to recommend The Local Plumber to anyone.

The Local Plumber was absolutely awesome! Travis came out to provide an estimate for our kitchen faucet leak. Shamus came out the following day to replace two valves and a new faucet installation. Travis & Shamus were both very kind, friendly and professional. I recommend The Local Plumber highly and will use their services if needed in the future.

Daniel did a very thorough job. My kitchen pipes were galvanized and each year the water would back up through both sinks. The piping had to be re routed to my main drain. Words cannot explain how happy I am that my sink finally works. I think it’s very reasonable price as it was higher at other places and because Daniel has worked on this house before he knew exactly what needed to be done. Added bonus….1 year warranty. Definitely recommend.

We've used The Local Plumber for both our home and our rentals on drain & gas line replacement and now a hot water tank. We had company and were without hot water for only a few hours thanks to Cole, who got our new tank in, up & running fast! Every time, we are impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. They are quick to return calls, keep you updated via text (arrival time, etc) and do great work. 100% recommend!

Quick and friendly service at a great price!

Foundation dug up at the entry point of my main water line, damaged pipe cut out and replaced along with adding a protective conduit through the block wall, and back-filled in under 2hrs. Quick and painless.

Excellent pricing, great customer service, timely, and completed the jobs quickly. Today I had them do a third job for me and received the same 5 star service as before.

Shamus was very personable and professional. He explained from the start what he was doing and hopefully snaking the clog would be enough. Luckily it was all that was needed to fix the problem, so no up sales . Would recommend this company
