My hot water tank suddenly needed to be replaced, and Brett was very helpful in finding another water tank and getting it installed the next day! Fantastic Service! Jordan, who came to install it, was professional, and did a great job! Would highly recommend!

Fritz BAUMANN and Sons was outstanding! I had a major issue with my high efficiency furnace exhaust and the placement of my whole house generator. If I could give you a minus star, I would. After 2 trip charges and paying more than $550 for installing a touchless kitchen faucet, I was left with a kitchen faucet that I had to figure out how to turn to the touchless mode and the faucet is dripping. After contacting the company, they said it was my problem and they’d have to charge me again to come out and fix the problem. Stay away from this company!!!!

Technicians were on time, professional/clear communicators, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Both technicians were respectful of both our time and our home. Fritz Baumann is a quality organization.

Technician called ahead and showed up as promised to replace an outside hose bib that had a slow drip. Working access to the hose bib both inside and outside was a bear but Tim handled it with ease. Very friendly, polite, and efficient! Would highly recommend.

Seems there is never a dull moment as a homeowner. I noticed and reported what appeared to be a water leak that was puddling at the end of my sidewalk near the city water box. The City water department tested the line and determined the leak was on my side so it was my responsibility to arrange and pay for the replacement of the entire line from the end of the sidewalk to the house foundation. I received quotes to excavate the entire line and replace the galvanized with copper.

I received several quotes but felt most at ease when I surveyed the problem and the proposed remedy with Steve Baumann of Fritz Baumann & Sons. Steve returned all my calls promptly and answered all my questions as the project moved forward. He even arranged an extension with the city from the original deadline they gave me. He even interceded on my behalf with my insurance company to secure the full limit of their liability coverage.

The work was completed in a single day on April 24, 2025 and here I want to recognize the friendly and capable crew including Sean, Jordan and Travis. They managed to do the required excavation without damaging my mature red maple tree or breaking up any part of my cement sidewalk.

This is a tardy but well earned 5-star review for Fritz Baumann & Sons. I recommend them without reservation for any hapless homeowner confronted with similar water line problems. Great service. Great company. Great people.

Jake was wonderful. He explained what he was doing, installed bidet toilet seat, showed me how to use remote, and left no mess. Highly recommend.

We needed some copper water lines and a drain line moved for a kitchen remodel. From the beginning Brett was very accommodating and responsive. Their price was very reasonable and they worked us into their schedule quickly so they didn’t hold up our project. The work uncovered a couple of other age related problems that they came back and addressed quickly as well. We are very satisfied with the whole experience: quality of work, responsiveness, and price and would gladly recommend them to anyone. These guys are definitely our new plumbers for any future projects.

The two men worked well together and were total gentlemen and very respectful. It took awhile to figure out what the problem was. After fixing the first problem they checked their work and found there was an additional problem which took a bit to figure out again. So they were thorough and logical about searching the issues out. They were good about cleaning up afterwards.
