I am opening an ice cream shop in Johnstown, Ohio. After several quotes, I decided to go with The Waterworks as I was confident they would be able to pull permits and get the work done as planned.

They were AMAZING!!! I had Mike leading the team of Griffin and Nick. I was informed of everything they had to do and just as planned, they completed on time. Inspection PASSED with no issues.

I highly recommend these guys and thanks to them, I can now open as scheduled.

Great job, Waterworks. I will be sure to pass your information along and personally hang on to it for anything I need done in the future.

Our technician David was outstanding. I was contacted by David at the scheduled time and he arrived promptly. David was professional, courteous and very personable. David went right to work and identified the issue with our air conditioner within moments of initial assessment and completed his work within the hour. David provided maintenance care to our unit and offered advice as to how to better maintain the system. Cost for repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend The Waterworks and Hetter Heating and Cooling.

Very impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of plumber Jonathan. He was able to repair the leak in record time having to cut pipes etc. Great job. Emergency service is stressful!

We had Waterworks come out after we moved into our new house to check out the old water tank and sump pump. They did a great job! I walked Gary around and he gave truthful feedback about the water tank and sump pump. He ultimately fixed our discharge line and came back to replace the water heater. He did an amazing job and communicated what was needed to be done and the urgency.

Back in March I met Gary with Waterworks for his assessment of the cracked sewer stack. After describing what most likely would have to happen to properly repair the pipe, they gave me an estimate and let me think about it. Not long after I asked Waterworks to call me and discuss the repair further. Gary called me back within a day to answer my questions. His information allowed me to form a plan for the kitchen to help make the repair easier. The repair was a huge success! While the job was incredibly messy, Gary finished what could have been a 2 tech, 2 day job in 3 or 4 hours. His quick and efficient work allowed me to spend the rest of the day to get things back in order to resume life. Overall a great job!!!

Waterworks/Hetter heating and cooling gave a great estimate that was thousands lower than other estimates. They installed 2 Lennox furnaces and 2 air conditioners. Their team was professional and knowledgeable. The install couldn't of went better! I highly recommend this company! Their installers are top notch. Thanks for a job well done! And a product worth the money!

Well, I kind of figured this was going to be a diagnosis service, followed up by a parts replacement on another service call and that is exactly what is happening which made me feel pretty good. The two tech.s gave me a great explanation of what was going on, options to possibly do some of the work myself, and a quote for just doing it all which is exactly what I am doing. As I head into my 70s I'm a little less DIY especially with a device that could catch fire/blowup if not done correctly. The guys will be back next week and the bonus for me is an upgraded thermostat and a much safer control switch at the furnace itself... I'd recommend this company anytime... Just a follow up on this.... Aaron Abolins was the follow up tech. the next week. He sent advanced notice of his arrival, was here on time and did an excellent install job on my new outlet and thermostat. He initially installed the switch in the electrical box and told me he saw a slight sparking when he switched it. His opinion was that the particular switch they had picked out for that box was to "close" to the box walls and instead picked a narrower one thus eliminating a potential fire hazard in my opinion. Make a change and save an entire house???? I would recommend these guys any day of the week....

Our sump pump was found leaking on a Saturday around 2p. I called immediately and we were able to arrange for an emergency appt. Garrett was a great plumber, courteous/professional and very efficient in his work late that evening. My only complaint would be the lack of ability to know a time or have more frequent communication about the workers arrival time after my initial call. I had to call around 10p and they finally confirmed an appt from 10:45p-12:45a. Service was excellent and price was reasonable. Would have given 5 stars if communication was better about the appt time.

The whole experience with Waterworks was positive. I called during the weekend and spoke to a representative and scheduled a service call for Monday. They arrived at the time that was promised and a call was made 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was courteous and explained what potentially could have occurred and what options I would have. Service call was completed and I am very satisfied with the entire process.

My intention was to have sent this email a few days ago, but it is only now that I have the opportunity to do so.
I want to express my appreciation to Waterworks for the prompt response to our request for emergency services on Tuesday 1/27 and especially to Mat Ball, the technician who, despite weather conditions, made it to our home early that morning.
Mat was knowledgeable and diligent and took care of the situation in a timely and professional manner. When the job was completed, he walked us through all that was needed to get it done.
Many people take care of business, what sets Mat apart is the pleasant demeanor he exhibits while performing his responsibilities.

We called a few plumbers for the same issue at Horizon High School. They all came, inspected the problem, and left after giving us repair quotes.

Thomas from Water Works was different. He carefully examined the issue, explained how the system works in detail, and offered a very effective solution. He didn’t just give us a quote — he took the time to help us understand the problem and then fixed it properly.

I have had no experience with the Water Works prior to this trip. I am so glad I gave them a try. I had 2 guys on 2 separate days and they were wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Chad explained everything to me very clearly and precise as to what he was going to do with the old tank and the new tank. I chose to go with a new tank as Chad explained my tank was 6 years old and the repair might only last awhile before something else went wrong. He also cleaned up after the job and he was very nice. I will call APEX Pros again if I need other work done. Thanks Chad!

Amber (and his brother) arrived on time to replace the heating furnace and humidifier. They were polite and professional in their job. Before they started, they explained to me what they plan to do, how long will it take them to finish and if I had any questions for them. They finished the job on time. During the job, they took care to not dirty the floor and carpet. After finishing the job they patiently explained the functionality, operating procedures of furnace and the humidifier and the ongoing maintenance tasks. Amber worked with me to ensure that I have the appropriate thermostat software on my phone and ensured that I understood how to exercise the thermostat’s functions to control the temperature in the house. All in all, I am satisfied with their performance and will have no hesitation in recommending them

Our AC went out so my veteran husband who has a lot of health and breathing issues called Apex Pros. The manager Nick made us a priority visit the very next morning. He was straight forward and friendly. The next day Jason and Manny installed our new HVAC system. They did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the work and were also very professional and kind. So happy they were able to get us hooked up before the heat wave came. It has now been a week since install and we couldn't be happier! Thank you guys for your dedication to your customers, and thank you for your service to the 17 vets who work for your establishment!

I signed up for the carebear club when I bought my first house last month. I thought it was a great price to be able to have an inspection and/or preventative maintenance of electrical, plumbing, furnace and hvac systems for $240 for the year. I have had a very good experience so far. I want to give a particular positive shout out to Luke for electrical. He was very knowledgeable, very informative to us and did a great job. Definitely gave the impression he wanted to help us. I also want to give a positive shout out to Jacob, the plumber. Same thing. He was very knowledgeable and informative and definitely seemed to be wanting to help us.Very pleased with my purchase of the carebear club and highly recommend Luke for electrical and Jacob for plumbing.

We had a stopped up drain with sewage overflowing in both bathrooms, one toilet needed a seal replaced.Jon was prompt and did a great job. Since we didn't have time to compare prices I can't say if it was reasonable. We thought it was pretty steep, at least for an old couple on social security and there was no discount. Jon was very pleasant and courteous.

I travel out of state frequently and while gone over the past couple weeks, my kids forgot to turn the water on slow drip when temps got single digits and negative even. My water lines then froze and we reached out to Apex and Jerey Miller came same day to my home and he got my water lines working again in less than half an hour. He was awesome, fast, professional, & very thorough in explaining options available for me with s leaking kitchen sink after fixing my water lines. He made a variety of options for me to pick from also which I appreciated greatly. Definitely will be calling them again and highly suggest requesting Jerey Miller with Apex for any future needs! Great guy!

We had to get nearly all of the plumbing in our home replaced other than the underground pipes due to them being old, cast iron and rotted on the inside. Apex sent a great team out that were friendly, courteous and communicated incredibly well. We couldn't be more happy with the results and it only took them two days. Will recommend this company to anyone that needs work done in their home!

Great experience with Mikey. We had a blown transformer in our old furnace and Mikey explained very methodically the state of the furnace and heat pump which we had repaired as a stop gap measure and we appreciate that. We would definitely utilize Apex again. Very professional business, good folks to interact with.
