Jerey Miller came to help me out of a jam. I had water leaking through my dinning room ceiling. Jerey was able to locate the issue and repair it quickly on the call. He had all parts available to replace the broken pipe. He created no mess and cleaned up the little bit of debris that was created by cutting the drywall. I am very satisfied with the fast appointment availability and the face the issue was resolved in one visit. I highly recommended Jerry and Apex for any problems your home is facing, plumbing ir HVAC.

Angel was able to get all parts for the repairs needed water presure tank and well pump the same day and get installed. Gage was professional and courteous from the second he arrived. He was efficient with all the work that needed to be done and all of it was completed same day. I was even told by a contractor that I needed a repair first to install a new dishwasher and once Gage inspected her determine so repair was needed and installed it for me! That’s service!

Hunter Ashcroft asked for a review. I bought a monthly service contract and thought Apex would come monthly to inspect. When Hunter came he inspected our cellar equipment & under kitchen sink, said all is well. It turns out you buy the service whether you use it or not. Next I had a toilet stopped I called Friday Apex does not work on weekend but came Monday, Hunter again installed a toilet flange, and toilet flushed. I asked him to check the furnace exhaust pipe at extreme angle outside, he said all ok.
Hunter is very courteous, polite, efficient and I was happy with his service.

Well, I seen Ron had the same experience. After over a year we are still having issues. Please see photos attached. You will see remote that we can't use cause they say its interfering with the app. (SMFH). Also you will see out side unit with panel not secured after multiple, multiple house repairs. I have told my workers and other associates to stay away from apex. Please enjoy my photos.

I’ve had folks from Apex out on three separate jobs since the summer — a water heater install, replacing my outdated and near-useless HVAC system, and replacing my breaker box to be code-compilant and fix some faulty wiring and outlets. Andrew and Luke took care of the electrical work for me and were absolutely lovely gentleman on top of being skilled professionals. They got the job done faster than they predicted, and made sure to show me what they were doing/had just done at several points in the process. The team who installed my new HVAC system on Christmas Eve and the plumber who installed my new water heater back in August were likewise knowledgeable, informative, and did excellent work. I’ve never felt any pressure to upgrade or add on additional services, and their financing options for larger jobs are excellent.

Our water heater decided to fail sometime in the middle of the night. Called APEX Pros first thing Saturday morning and without hesitation they put me on the schedule and had Julian on site within an hour. Julian was very professional and was able to answer all my difficult questions and explained everything he was going to need to do step by step. He ensured that my basement was dried and cleaned prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Apex Pros to anyone and I now have them on speed dial!

I was incredibly impressed with Apex. My technicians, Canon French and Jacob Lyons, were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. When they arrived, they listened carefully as I explained my concerns, including what I initially thought was a leaking tub spout. They even took the time to check out a dripping shower head while they were there.

Upon inspection, they discovered the leak was actually coming from one of my toilets—not the tub spout as originally suspected. Still, they went the extra mile and caulked around the tub spout to ensure it was properly sealed, just in case. They also found that my main water shut-off valve was nonfunctional and needed to be replaced.

Canon and Jacob were so kind and took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly explaining my options and offering helpful advice based on what they’ve seen in homes built in the early 2000s. Their patience and attentiveness meant a lot to me, and I’ll always be grateful for how thoughtful they were.

Before they left that first day, they even asked if there was anything else in the home I wanted them to take a look at—something I found incredibly considerate.

They returned the next day with all the necessary parts and replacement toilets, and by 2 p.m., they had efficiently completed everything: replacing the shut-off valve, installing a new shower cartridge, and swapping out three toilets. After finishing, they explained that the original leaking toilet wasn’t even the worst one, so replacing all three was a smart decision.

I was especially impressed by how clean they left everything—so much so that I wouldn’t have even known they had been here. They were meticulous, always wearing and removing their blue booties when entering and exiting my home—something many other companies tend to overlook.

I would trust Apex, and especially Canon and Jacob, with any work in my home. Their professionalism, care, and dedication truly set them apart.

He worked carefully, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was in order before leaving. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and consideration.

We’ve had Apex complete quite a bit of work on our home recently. Jake and his team did an excellent job with the plumbing, and Ruben was great to work with on the electrical projects. The entire team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

Alex and his partner did a great job at Agnes' home today. Although the gas valve was the central issue, they made getting a whole new tank and valve from a reliable source, much easier to take. They were careful while working and easy to communicate with through the process. Blake Erwin from Apex Pros was amazing! He was able to not only install a new water heater the same day but also do other necessary work such as installing a whole home pressure regulator. His attention to detail and friendly nature was only surpassed by his quality work. Highly recommended if you have plumbing problems!

Chris came out to our house at 8pm. Did a great job. Super professional and fixed the issue very quickly. Very happy with the service! I think Chris deserves a raise!!

Excellent service and communication! Fixed our leak and suggested/installed a preventative solution for future issues. He also scheduled an appointment for the HVAC department to come out and give me a quote when I mentioned looking into a garage heater. Even my dog loved him!

Rocco was delightful to work with. He was just the right amount of personable without being too chatty. He was very knowledgeable and had creative ideas for how to work through a couple of convoluted fixes on our remodel. I never thought someone would be able to get through our list of projects in one day, but Rocco was done and cleaned up in six hours. Very efficient. Color me impressed!

Alex came this morning after no one showed up last Friday. Wife and I sat around for 5 hours before we were notified no one was coming. Alex perused our problem and made his suggestion to resolve it! We agreed and he completed the task. Then he pointed out a problem that he would correct if it was him. We agreed and he took care of the problem. Through the whole process Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. If anyone wants a good person to do your work, request Alex, he will do you right!!!!!

Jeremy Miller did an excellent job with our plumbing issue. He was quick and efficient, and very professional. He went above and beyond by checking other potential issues. We are so thankful he was our service technician.
