Fix your hrs on your website. If you gates are locked at 11 on a Saturday or your not open on Saturday that should be corrected. Waste of drive time for nothing.

The guys an gals at the Columbus Ohio store are very educated in the hvac products they sell.They all go above an beyond to take care of you.they are great to deal with thanks Billy sub zero heating n cooling.

Needed a simple valve and they wanted to sell me an $80 jigsaw puzzle as if they didn't have the right piece and it's a supply store

Great place for a good bit of our heating and cooling needs, there are a lot of plumbing materials, but very little electrical. Just hope that you don't need a breaker for anything that you are working with.

So..... called these guys Thursday and explained I had installed a propane furnace in my garage. I explicitly said I was not a contractor and needed assistance trying to pick the proper regulator, line, fittings etc. The guy said "come on down and we'll get you set up" After hanging up I read a couple reviews that were very positive, people boasting about knowledgeable staff etc. So I figured it would be worth the hour and 20 min drive and leaving 4 hours early from work to go down there. After fighting through columbus traffic I get there and walk to the counter. I explained myself to gentleman......and he looks at me as if I just asked him to build me a rocket or staple jello to a tree. After mentally debating he reluctantly said "let me see if somebody wants to play with you" (cause apparently its a fun playdate now) he walks in a room, comes back out after a minute and says "we just like to sell the parts" then tried to give me a number for a plumber. I said "no that's fine", put the 150 bucks worth of tools I had planned on buying back on the self, then drove through rush hour traffic back home. I guess i figured this was fairly generic stuff....propane tank, line, regulator, fittings, ya know, hank hill special. Next time I need some hvac stuff I think I'll talk to a Walmart greeter. They might at least TRY to help......im giving 1 star for the general "I don't give two sh**s attitude I received. I never would have gone there if whoever I talked to originally would have just said "we supply parts only sir". Waste of a day, time, fuel, energy, and my breath

Peeked in to take a look at different fixtures. Appointment required so we didn’t learn much, but it has a comprehensive showroom for kitchen and bath.

Everyone here is always on their a game and get me in and out quickly.

Amazing service a dude name geno kidder whent above and beyond and properly organized the freight after the shipper had mixed the load he could have easily ignored but he whent the extra mile i would happily bring another shipment here

Tried to call and ask about showroom appointments and receptionist wouldnt let me talk. Kept repeating you can come in and look around. Need work on your customer skills on the phone.

Safe to say money now goes to silver drive. After buying furnace and numerous other items call get priced out for another unit guy tells me I need a EPA number to purchase air handler and can not sell me a second furnace it's fine just a heads up dont temporarily enforce policy because of a bad day I'll send the rest of my money to silver drive love the location and product at Carr not so much mr.17 years.. thanks

Carr/Winsource, entrance on Old Leonard ave. There is a small drop yard across the street from the gate (see photo) you can park overnight. They start at 04:30.
