Nabeel and his team did a great job from start to finish. He was very informative and helped us find the right system to replace our 20+ year old HVAC. I would highly recommend using Trinity for HVAC service, repair, or replacement.

I called Trinity when my AC stopped blowing cold air in July. Nabeel and Ryan came out that same day and diagnosed the problem. My AC was up and running again in no time. Called Trinity on Sunday morning after my a/c unit went out Saturday night. Nabeel was able to squeeze us in just a few hours later and took great care of us! He was patient and thorough. He walked me through everything that was happening and how to best maintain my equipment in the future. I will definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs I have.

We needed a ductless system installed in our 1950s cape cod to heat and cool our upper floor. Nabeel thoroughly examined our space and made a recommendation on what was needed. The install process was easy, but the initial unit had a faulty part. One reorder later the system was installed and is working perfectly. Friendly, professional service and will definitely use Trinity for our next HVAC need.

Trinity has come to my house twice to repair my Trane and both experiences were terrific! They were able to make it out the same day each time. They took the time to walk me through the issue and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I will always call them first for any A/C unit issues.

This time, they installed a completely new system at our primary residence including the furnace and exterior heat pump. Mark was a true professional and super kind. He fixed my furnace super fast and was really friendly with my dog and even helped bring in groceries when they showed up in the middle of him testing the heat function! Great company with great employees.

I'm not an easy guy to please but this company went above and beyond. Called at 7:20 expecting to leave a message but their office was open and they had a technician at my house by 10am. Fixed the issue within 30 mins and the bill was just shy of $200. Matt was my tech and I recommend him highly.

Evan was great and very informative! He provided us with a detailed explanation of what was going on with our furnace and how to proceed with any repairs that needed to happen. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our inspections and repairs.

We had a wonderful experience. Our air conditioner wasn’t working and a nice young man by the name of Haidar came to look at it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He arrived on time and took the extra time to explain our options. Needless to say, our air conditioner is working. The price was great. I highly recommend this company.

I had them complete my furnace replacement this last fall. The process was very easy and streamlined, which made it easy. The installers were professional and we were happy with the job completed. I just had them complete the A/C check up and the technician brought up the concerns he found. I will be working with them on replacement of that also.

Showed up early (!!!) for annual winter service appointment. Very informative, sharing repair and replacement options. No pressure. Actually showed me the test on the compromised item. Super polite, efficient, and left the furnace area as clean as when he arrived. Top Mark's from a pleased customer!

The team was thorough and had great attention to detail. They did a great job explaining things. They listened to my situation and recommended a solution that was the best fit for me without trying to upsell a bigger, fancier unit that I didn’t need, and they also didn’t try to recommend a bare-minimum, short-term solution that would not have truly solved my issues. They were also clean and didn’t leave trash or any messes behind. I would gladly recommend them to others, and I have no reservations about using them for annual maintenance.

He checked all the parts of my heating system thoroughly and ensured that the system was operating with the correct settings. I appreciated his taking the time to do his revision correctly. Shane and Brion’s AC and furnace installation service was great: both were professional, courteous and informative with any questions or concerns I had. They did it all in timely manner and my garage floor (needed access to the attic) was cleaner than when they came in! 5 Star Heating and Cooling... two big thumbs up for the overall experience!
