Came out on a moments notice, later in the day. Very grateful as our heat went down, and it's cold! Diagnosed bad ignitor, had it on his truck, replaced and we're back in business. We have an old system, he didn't try and upsell a new system since he could fix what we have. Friendly, honest, high integrity!

Just had my A.C. unit gave out and called this company. Nabeel was very prompt and came out within 2 hrs of calling! Very professional and knowledgeable , did not try to charge extra or upsell! Nabeel is a life saver! I shorted my system while replacing the thermostat and called everyone one the list by google that is open on weekends to no avail. Either they are not available or I need to get their service maintenance package which I don’t need. Nabeel walked me through the steps of troubleshooting and though he does not work on Sundays he went out of his way, went to my house and changed the busted fuse! When nobody wanted to help me, he came through! I will hire him again on my other AC installation!

Excellent service for an excellent price. On time and very honest. We have used Trinity several times for several of the apartment units we own.
We got to a level of trust that we no longer look for other quotes for any work needed. Their prices and recommendations tops everyone else.

I had an issue with my a/c wich I discovered my self. I am a handy person, so I know, I need to have someone repair it, or replace the unit. So I went to the process of having someone to check it. Called a local contractor, Nabeel from Trinity Heating and Cooling. Came the same day I called. He checked the unit inside and outside. He assured me he could fix it, however the unit was pretty corroded and was about 18 years old, way passed the life expectancy for an a/c. He was very honest, and did not pushed me to buy a new unit. We decided to have 2 more companies to come and check the unit. What a disappointment and what a shock! One sugested to replace the unit without even check it. Both companies cost were off the roof. I cannot imagine someone not able to afford paying to replace or fix an a/c/furnace this days. Story long short, decided to make business with Trinity Heating and Cooling. Saved money, work was done quickly, respectful, cordial and he even got rid of and old freezer I had in my garage. They offered what I need it, not what others wanted it to sell. Thanks THC!

Our entire heat pump and air handler needed replaced. Trinity went above and beyond replacing everything, fixing old wiring, insulating air ducts that needed it, and installing new thermostat.
Special thanks to the technicians who had to work the entire day in the dark, cramped crawl space 💪

We received a callback almost immediately and were offered helpful advices on our ac problem as well as an honest and reasonable quote, so we know what to expect. I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

We had a great experience with Trinity. Our AC hose to the outside was frozen, so I turned it off and ran the fan to let it thaw overnight. I called several places and Trinity was able to come within two hours. They were very professional, honest, and likeable. The coolant was low, so they filled it up. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

My air conditioner stopped working today. I was able to get service within 2 hours! The technician was very honest and was able to fix my air conditioner by replacing two parts. He checked the compressor too. He was very thorough with checking that everything was working fine. He was able to save me from buying a new one today. Prices are reasonable. No credit cards. They will help me plan for a new air conditioner and furnace at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the service!
