As always, never disappointed with Hilliard/Dublin heating and cooling. Noah Beeli went above and beyond troubleshooting my a/c unit.He took the time to explain every step he was taking to assure the most comprehensive troubleshooting and use of time. Thank you Hilliard/Dublin heating and cooling for assist when needed the most. I was also having a small leak on my water heater and Noah took the time to schedule an appointment with the plumber. 5 Star is the best.

The first technician only thought he was giving a quote. They managed to find another tech to install my april aire humidifier 600 as agreed. Today.
The tech was neat, pleasant and organized. It took 2 hours. I definitely would confirm any appt you make. The inside sales people don't always take notes and they can book your appt incorrectly. We were happy with the install.

Aaron came home to check the furnace and gave me a quote.
Both Blake and Mike ( techs) who came to install the furnace were very good.
Installed it in no time and explained everything
Price quoted was much less then other companies.

Had 3 estimates. 5 Star Heating & Cooling aka Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air gave us the best price for the exact same type of equipment and warranties the other providers were offering. Brandon Mathews came to our condo to provide the estimate. He was thorough and professional. The techs that did the actual install arrived within the timeframe promised. I was prepared for them to arrive but they did not give me a heads-up phone call. No big deal just a bit of a surprise. Robert Koehl and Dominick worked quietly. They were done in under 4 hours. GREAT! They walked me through all of the new equipment and answered all my questions. The only thing that was a little quirky about the process is no response to the online estimate request or the link in the estimate email that indicated I could use it to accept the bid and schedule the install. When I called for an estimate, Brandon came out the same day. When I called to accept the quote and schedule the install, that was all set up for 3 days later. Calling them is the way to go! Thanks for a job well done and offering a great product and service.

I called Sunday for an appointment. The woman who answered was very nice and fortunately gave me the advice to turn my air conditioning unit off at the thermostat. Turns out this likely saved my unit. The man who serviced the unit was great. Called me to give me an estimated time and was at our home at that time. He was professional and did the job promptly. He answered all of our questions. I felt that the price was reasonable. I would use this company again!

I called last night about a lingering odor which had my fiancé and I concerned about a potential leak in our AC unit. DJ, the technician, was out by 8am this morning. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Talked me through everything he did and left me feeling well informed with the whole process. I highly recommend this company and appreciate DJ for being the man!

We are very pleased with our new Carrier heating and cooling system installed 3 weeks ago by Five Star. The price was fair and our new equipment is so much quieter than our previous system. A big shout out to our installation crew consisting of Jason, Ryan, and Bobby - they did a great job. I recommend Five Star for sure.

Tech Randal was on time, efficient, and kind. He carefully diagnosed the problem as being the main board, researched the warranty and quoted us a price. However once he reset the board, our furnace began working again, potentially saving us quite a bit of money. I highly recommend Five Star.

We returned home from vacation to our heat not working. We called on a Saturday evening and was able to speak to a live person who got us an appointment the next day. They even were able to come earlier than quoted time. The tech reviewed our options thoroughly and we were able to get our new unit installed two days later - just in time for below freezing temps. Professional, timely, and excellent customer service!

I was contacted by 5star heating and cooling for my annual inspection. They worked around my busy work schedule, were prompt, courteous and thorough. The technician, Eric, was professional and explained everything well. He was concerned about cleanliness and offered information on how I could make my home more energy efficient.

Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air provided a very quick appointment as I scheduled my AC tune up. Matt, the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated that the service cost was very reasonable (There was a "special" going on at the time I booked my service.) The tech called me about 30 minutes before his arrival to alert me to the time he would arrive. He donned booties so that his shoes would not soil my carpeting. He not only checked and serviced my AC very thoroughly but he also replaced my air cleaner filter with one he had on the truck. I immediately received an invoice via e mail and it listed all the items he checked and the results of his service check. I recommend this company very highly and also scheduled another service call for a second property I own.

Scheduled service again in August, 2021 and again excellent service at both my condos.

I’m giving 5-Star to Scott for his level of communication on upgrading my thermostat. Although I am giving Scott 5-Star, there appeared some communication issues with having me on the schedule and I’m not crazy about how the Company “pushes “ for a 5-star rating. I had received a request even though I was still waiting for the completion of the job.

Called this morning and had a technician out to fix my AC less than 4 hrs later. Mitch was awesome and super transparent and communicative! Yes you will pay more for the parts than if you sourced locally but having the parts and labor warrantied are a huge benefit when you’re dealing with older equipment like mine.

Alex was very polite. Took time to explain my A/c unit and furnace. A little on the expensive side but can’t beat the warranty, which is what sold me.
