We have been more than happy with Dor-Mar since they installed our new furnace. Courteous and thorough. Returning regularly to check heat and AC efficency. Very dependable and although our system needed more work than expected during the initial installation, they did not leave until the work was completed. We highly recommend this company.

Incredibly quick, thorough, professional, and courteous. Tim and Doug and their team were so hardworking, and Tim even discovered a potentially lethal issue with our furnace that he resolved in the same trip. I am so grateful that while working on our ac, he was patient and thorough enough to keep my family safe in our new home!

My tech Brian Moore was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. I had Dor-Mar install a new heating and central air unit and it was one of the best decisions I made to go with this company. So far I have been very pleased.

We had friends over on Saturday night and our heater went out right after the big game! I called Dor Mar and Dave was there within an hour. He got us back up and running in no time and gave us some good information for future reference. We was very nice and we greatly appreciated his promptness and great service. He saved the day, even though the Bucs lost.

Recently called Dormar to do my yearly inspection and was once again completely happy with the entire experience. The entire process went smoothly and they arrived when they said they would, earlier than expected in my time window actually. Caleb was very polite and took the time to explain an issue i was having with the furnace. He then proceeded to solve the issue within 10 mins and had my whole system ready to go. Caleb explained everything he did during the process and made me feel informed and relaxed as he fixed the issue. Thank you once again Dor-Mar!

Our furnace went down at the worst time, temperature in the single digits. I called Dor-Mar and they came out the next day. Aaron , the service technician diagnosed the problem. He couldn’t fix my issue that day but was able to get my heat back on. Several days later Aaron returned and fixed my furnace. I appreciate the way he patiently explained the issue with my furnace. I can highly recommend Dor-Mar Heating and Service and Heating. From calling in and getting help from Cindy who will schedule your service appointment ASAP, to the Technician Wille. Willie knew what he was doing and gets right to the job. And very important they did it at a great and honest price.

Zach was freakin’ awesome! He drove all the way to Ostrander from Newark to meet with us. He was so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and the steps he took to identify and resolve it. Zach was great. I’d drink beer with him any day. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent customer service. Gave us the option to fix our furnace but reccomended replacing completely, we liked that he gave us the option and didn’t pressure us into just getting a new furnace. Was able to get us a new furnace for a good price and is able to install within 24 hours.

The technician who came to clean the dryer vent was on time, polite, and thorough. He added metal tape to the connection between the dryer and wall to seal it better.

I wish the receptionist at Dor Mar who set up the appointment had mentioned that the company would charge a % of the total for using a credit card as payment. That info showed up on the invoice they emailed to me later on.

Caleb did a great job for us cleaning our ducts. Very polite and very careful as to leaving our home as he found it. Would highly recommend this young man! As hard as it is to find quality help these days, dor-mar is very fortunate to have him.

Caleb cleaned the dryer vent at my location for Dor Mar Heating and Cooling Co. He did everything he had to do absolutely perfectly, and what a nice person he is. He was professional, cleaned up the area after all the work was done and did the work quickly and carefully. I would recommend his work to everyone.

I have had a very rough past with Dor-Mar in years past, one that I wish on no other customers. With that said, my most recent experience was top notch. The owner of the company personally called me when my AC went out and they did everything they could to get my AC back on. Sent me multiple techs at no cost and paid to have a new motor overnighted. It was a shocking and refreshing turnaround.

Our tech Aaron was amazing! Not only did he answer any questions we had, but came back a second time and figured out our heating issues. He was also very knowledgeable, patient and determined to figure out and fix what was going on with the problem we were having. I highly recommend Aaron.

This is our second house where we have used Dormar for our HVAC. When you purchase from them it includes twice a year checkups in the fall and spring. They proactively schedule those appointments which I really appreciate. Our experience with all the techs and the office staff has been great! Highly recommend!

Johnny was amazing, he actually talked to us and made us laugh while he was working and treated us like humans instead of just a job. Too often when people come into your home they don't really speak to you, they just get the job done and leave. It was nice to have someone who did. Dor-Mar is also amazingly quick, they're there in the given time period, and they work fast. Both times the tech was here maybe thirty minutes. It was an overall amazing experience and we will definitely be using them in the future.
