The technician (Van) did an excellent job in clearing our kitchen drain. He answered all our questions and left us feeling confident that the job was successfully completed. I would highly recommend Roto-Router for clogged drain issues.

The Technician was very friendly,knowledgeable, and helpful, but this project took only about an hour, and considering how easy it was to access the drain pipe, I felt that we were charged way too much.

Roto rooter was able to send out someone the same day as i called. This was wonderful as i only have one bathroom.
The plumber they sent , Arthur was very professional and explained everything to me .
He was considerate of my property and left my bathroom looking better than when he came ! Thank you .

Roto-Rooter scheduled me on short notice to fix a damaging leak under my kitchen sink. Our plumber, Chris (#679), was very professional, friendly and resolved our issue quickly. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution.

The technician was both courteous l, and professional.
He offered us additional services without pushing.
We were impressed and had him clean out all of our lines. Very satisfied.

I requested service for a drain backup and the technician was awesome. He also had to repair a major plumbing error from a previous contractor. Every step of the repair was explained in great detail with pictures. Should have called Rotor Rooter in the beginning! I would highly recommend RR for any plumbing issue and if given the choice, always ask for Stephen #8187.

Owen the tech did a super job. He explained everything and then did a professional job. He is patient and deserves high ratings. Also.,the scheduler was great too.She helped me get the appointment real quick.

Arthur did a great job coming over and taking care of business unclogging the drain in the tub. He was professional and on time. Thank goodness, now we can take a shower. I stink, the service did not.

Owen was professional, friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do to pursue a resolution my problem after I described the issue. He went through with his plan and resolved my issue. His friendly approach made made this interaction a very positive experience for me.

Terrible experience - Roto came to my house, spent nearly 4 hours trying to figure out the issue, then brought in the service advisor and he told me the ONLY option to fix my backed up drain was a 16 THOUSAND dollar excavation to fix a small portion of my sewer line. He also advised me if I wanted to obtain the camera footage it would cost me even more money.

At the end of the service the plumber tells me that if he were in my shoes I should just sell the home. Thats the last thing I wanted to hear. He also left the bathroom dirty with toilet and feces residue all over. One of the most unprofessional experiences ever and they charged me nearly $500 and accomplished NOTHING.

The next day a local plumbing company came out and cleared the debris no problem within 30 minutes. Walked me through every step and found a much more suitable solution, they did what Roto couldn’t saving me THOUSANDS. I wouldn’t recommend this Roto company to my worst enemy. They fear monger you into paying extra for services you don't need. Are these sales reps or plumbers? I couldn’t tell because every option always resulted in a money driven response from their employees. Be better.

Christopher did a great job! He assessed the problem which was bigger than expected and worked to resolve the problem. He and an additional team member, Russ were able to get the parts and complete the job better than expected. Great team of professionals and craftsman in being able to critically evaluate the project and make sure that it can be successful completed.

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They came out to look at my kitchen sink that had started backing up, the tech snaked it with no success. He called his field supervisor out and it turned into now they need to bust up my concrete and tear my kitchen apart for almost $10k. I had to pay them upfront to get on the schedule which I thought was weird. They told me they’d be out Monday morning 8am, after 3 phone calls they didn’t show up until 1pm. Because of the length of the job we had to reschedule for Friday at 8am so now I’m wasting two days of my time and thank God I did because after talking with people I decided to cancel, get a refund and get a second opinion. The second opinion came out and was able to snake it clear in an hour and everything is working just fine. It was just a clog and they almost got me for $10k.

Stephan showed up at the door after 30 min after I called Roto-rooter. Such a quick response is pretty amazing! This is one of the main reason I use this company for things that my handyman failed to resolve the plumbing issues for rental houses I manage in Cleveland. The partially clogged up toilet since September 19th was getting much worse. Stephen couldn’t open it by using his toilet snake cable. He told me that I may have to replace the toilet. I had him removed the toilet. Stephen tested the sewer pile which was perfectly fine indicating his judgment was correct. The little kids of my tenant might have flushed toys or a fork that blocked the curly pipe inside of the toilet. Camera reviewed his diagnosis was 100% correct! There was a plastic fork and a plastic toy get stuck inside that we cannot reach. He was so nice the entire time for getting a new toilet at a local Home Depot. It was a bit challenge to install it because the floor was uneven. I have no money to do a floor project especially my tenant and her kids need to use toilet. He got it done successfully! Because of him, I will sure be a continued returning client of Roto-Rooter.

Shout-out to Andrew S. from Roto-Rooter! He showed up quickly and tackled my water leak with precision and ease. Andrew was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was all working perfectly before he left. It’s not easy finding someone who really understands older homes, but Andrew is clearly a pro. I’m so grateful for his fast, professional, and diligent service. I highly recommend him and the Roto-Rooter team!

Thankful he could get here within 45 minutes of calling when other businesses couldn’t book us for days. He was very informative of issues involving our sewer line back up, and even patiently waited for a camera to arrive so he could collaborate with a team member on our home’s issues. We feel taken cared for.

VERY timely response to my slow laundry drain. Tech Andrew was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick to work. Issue was quickly resolved and inspected by his field supervisor! With the use of the borescope, I was able to see the clog was clear! Service was a little expensive, but they offer coupons on the website that helped a little! Thanks again!

We called Roto Rooter for assistance with our plumbing (toilets, tubs, and sinks backing up and slow draining). Van and Adam took the time to find the problem which took them almost 8 hours. They were able to find a piece of wood in our pipes and were able to remove it. They were wonderful to work with and were very professional and kind. We would absolutely work with them again in the future and would recommend them for plumbing help.

Stephan was amazing!!! He was the plumber who showed up for my emergency call in the middle of the of the night. He didn’t leave my house until after 1 AM. He did what he could to help the emergent issue in the middle of the night, then returned to my house that same day in the afternoon to finish up the work. He went above and beyond to help!!! He was very respectful of my home, understanding, and compassionate! He took his time explaining everything, offering recommendations, and brought a cleanup crew with him to give us an estimate when he returned that same afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!!! He made a stressful situation more manageable and we are grateful!!!! Thank you again Stephan!!!!

Amazing experience. I called on a holiday weekend because my sump pump died and my basement was flooded. They sent a technician out within an hour of my call. Jon Sanders was professional, kind, and managed to install a new pump very quickly. I will only use these guys from now on - wonderful company!

Jon Sanders came to the house promptly after being contacted. Was willing to work on the problem, even though he wasn't scheduled to work tonight. Finished the job within two hours; was polite and respectful, and cleaned up after himself when finished. Didn't waste time chatting everyone up and was very skilled in making the necessary repairs to the plumbing. Was a very good representation of his company. Would highly recommend the company and their staff, especially Mr. Sanders, in the future.
