Hello! To anyone person that is in a urgent need of plumbing services give VALU-ROOTER a call! My family and I had an over flowing toilet on a weekend it was a mess! and we didn't have a clue who we should call so I started at the top of the list and I didn't have time to research any reviews I just asked the first person to answer the phone and it was in-take at VALU-ROOTER! They sent "Ryan" He Is PHENOMENAL! Ryan IS EXCELLENT! Then a a few months later needed to replace the hot water heater and sump pump, and we called VALU-ROOTER and the customer service we experienced was A1! just INCREDIBLE! the company was willing to work with us and anyway that they could, in my experience companies these days do not have compassion for the consumer, it is just refreshing to have such genuinely good people to pay, for a service done well! We called Valu Rooter last night to help with a clogged sewer line. One of our daughters from out of town came to visit with twins when we developed problems. Their service technician Dalton Burner came out after regular business hours, located where the line was clogged with tree roots and cleared the line for us. Dalton was very professional and efficient and display a high-quality work ethic. I would not hesitate to call Dalon for any future plumbing needs. Valu Rooter and Dalton really came through for us last night.

Nathan came out at 10pm on Christmas Eve eve to perform an emergency clean out of a drain line at my rental property in Avon Lake. Despite the cold and rainy conditions, he was able to clear the line in a timely, professional manner. I highly recommend Valu-Rooter / Nathan if you ever find yourself in this predicament! Valu-Rooter was able to come out very soon after we called for help on our water heater which was not working. The problem was identified; the part was under warranty so they ordered it for us. Once the part arrived, they once again came out very soon to replace the part and restore hot water in our house. We were also given some tips that could help prolong the life of our water heater. We were very satisfied!

Nathan showed up quickly and was very knowledgeable. He did a great job unclogging my main sewer line and even showed me the camera view. Based on this experience, I would recommend Valu-Rooter to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Nathan arrived and was very professional. I showed him the issue and he quickly had a plan to resolve it. He even offered to good recommendations. I am pleased with the work he did and would definitely recommend them.

Broken kitchen faucet, called Friday spoke with John explained problem. He said OK that Nathan could be there same day 11am/1pm. Nathan arrived around 10ish and looked at faucet and said OK quoted price which we liked. Nathan was very professional and answered all questions and explained everything very clear and understandable. Nathan proceeded to do job under the supervision of our Chihuahua, Tuffy and if our Chihuahua accepts him, then Nathan is well worth calling again, if a problem arises. So it's Christmas Eve and it's 1900 when our 2nd pipe of the day burst. I went down the list of plumbers in my Google search. Valu Rooter was THE ONLY service to call me back. The plumber they sent out, Chris was amazing and fixed it fast. Totally would recommend

5 stars for Ryan and staff, I received a call back immediately. After 2 different parts on 2 different days, the 3 time Ryan went above and beyond to get our brand new hot water replaced after the initial person some how punctured it. Ryan was determined to get us some hot water. Thank you

Josh was very professional and explained what needed to be done to repair the toilet. Very nice guy and easy to talk to. Pricing was fair and within the range of expected cost of repair.

These guys were referred to me by my son in law. They do great work. No extra charge for Saturday til 4pm. David was amazing-explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He has 28 years experience and it showed. I would highly recommend him as he knows his stuff and very skillful and careful with my pipes. A job well done. Used a camera to detect the problem, snaked it out and everything working like new.

Our last experience was with a plumber named Nathan and he was absolutely amazing! By far and above anyone else I have worked with in the past. Nathan was professional but very friendly, diligent and tirelessly hardworking, and most importantly he showed great pride in his work making sure every detail was perfect.
