My dryer stopped heating in the middle of a load. Ugh. AAA is my neighborhood appliance repair shop. I've used them before and highly recommend! Quality service above all!! Not only did the heating element get fixed but I needed new dryer drum pads and now my light works again! Forgot I had one! Above and beyond!

Contracted thru our home warranty to repair door opening during dishwasher cycle. Tech fixed it and it lasted two weeks. Same problem happening and they won't come back out unless we pay the warranty company another fee. Pay twice for the same issue? How about you fix it!

UPDATE: Since I had a local repair company (not AAA) come I changed my rating to one star. The AAA Appliance guy who I figured was nice said he can't solve a problem I am having with a draining issue unless it is happening when he is there lied. Another local repair service came today and knew the exact part causing the issue and ordered the replacement and didn't need the issue to be happening when they came. So the AAA repairman lied. I wouldn't even use this company. I am leaving the original review below because everything else still stands....

I've had 3 appointments with them and only one was met. The man who comes to service (at least the older gentleman I dealt with the one time) the appliances is friendly and knowledgeable, but the woman on the phone is not so much.
2 out of the 3 appointments was dealing with her telling me that they can't come out with an attitude. 2nd Time I got a call with her telling me that they couldn't come on Friday and asked me if that's fine (with no extra detail and with an attitude) and I said no (assuming she is telling me they can't do it) so she scoffed and said that they can do it the next day, but not Friday (why wouldn't you lead with that and why scoff?). I agreed. The next day she calls and says that they aren't going to be able to service my dishwasher and that they need to kick it back to GE because they are too busy. What I don't understand is why they agree to service things if they can't do it, and why she had to be rude in the process. 1 out of 3 appointments met and even the 1 they made it to was a rescheduled appointment as well is very disappointing.
Like I said though; the repair man was friendly and courteous and if you ever get to the point where he is actually coming out then he is good. The only reason they get 2 instead of one star is the older gentleman who came out the one time.

My oven stopped working and needed parts that had to be ordered, one of the parts was on back order but they kept me updated which I greatly appreciated! This morning they called to let me know the part was in, he (I don't remember his name) was here shortly after calling, replaced the parts, oven fixed within 15 minutes! Excellent service and very polite - he also apologized for the wait on the parts - but that wasn't his fault at all! I will definitely recommend AAA to others.

Theresa was the best!! She completely gets it. A new dryer we had purchased, had completed failed. We were without a dryer, and spending a fortune at the laundromat. She ordered the parts quickly and got us going with a tech before the holiday 4th weekend. Simply the best!!! Shout out to the Paul the tech, also 5 stars!! Very efficient, and highly recommend.

This company will rob you. Paul came to my home less than 10 minutes he didn't even take the front off of the washer and said it's your suspension rods. He said if you don't want to fix it then that's that. But give me $90 and that will go towards fixing it and he'll order the parts. He calls me the next morning says oh your whole system is bad he said the transmission and everything and it doesn't even need to be fixed. I said what can I have my $90 back and they said no. So the owner of the company called chuck. He was very rude and aggressive. Told me he didn't care and he said I could write a review for him that's bad he don't care. This company will rob you. They don't know what they're doing.

I had an appointment scheduled with SHAGOV AC heating and cooling to look at my furnace and we had an appointment scheduled and they didn’t even call me like they said they would before they were coming out and they never even showed up! I tried to call them a few times and they would pick up the phone and then hang up! So immature and unprofessional !!!

Just had Bill Lewis (Fireman's Fresh Air Service) to help us with some duct work. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
