Waited 4 days for the appointment, then he called the morning of to say he didn't want to work on Maytags! Told him it was a Maytag when I called. Appearantly he doesn't want business.

Repairman had alot of experience, explained thoroughly what the problem was. Older adults are true gems when it comes to experiencing repairs for many years!!

    Charming repairman with NO KNOWLEDGE.
Laughed at & told I'm imagining humming sound. Yet my friends hear it, and I am totally annoyed by the disruptive sound.
    $80 later...
    No repairs done

Still have not received or heard back from them about our product. Called and asked the receptionist how things were coming along and she said she would get back with me well it's been 5 days and no response and they have had my product almost 2 weeks. So I am not happy

Good communication on phone, but technican came, observed the refrigerator and left without fixing it. He blamed the electrical outlet for the water issues and didnt fix the door hinges and blamed me for something and I will never use them again.

Had great experience with Chuck when he came to service my Electrolux built-in gas range. My igniter in the oven failed. Chuck showed up on schedule and explained that my oven igniter lasted about the normal time (10 years). The part was the same if I bought direct from manufacturer and $60 service call and $15/15 minutes labor rate was below my calls to other recommend by Electrolux.
I highly recommend AAA Appliance and Chuck's great experience as technician!!

Needed refrigerator looked at to see why water and ice under the produce trays. SAME DAY SERVICE! Chuck is very polite, thorough and clean. Showed and explained the problem, and how he would fix it so it would never happen again. In and out in less than an hr, and extremely reasonable charge. I recommend this honest man to everyone. 😃

If I could give a 0 star I would. I purchased a fridgidaire refrigerator less then a year ago. Was having some temperature issues with the freezer not staying cold enough. After speaking with the technician he diagnosed the problem over the phone without bothering to see the unit, asking me if I heard the motor kick on or the fan run. So he ordered the part and came out the next week to replace. To my surprise it wasn't the right part. So while my freezer was still not working we waited on another part. When the part finally came in a service technician came out to replace. All done right? Oh I wish that was the case. The next morning I woke up to a pool of water from the refgierator leaking. Another call to AAA Appliance when the rude secretary places me on hold for the technician. He stated well the water line must have come loose so just take a pair of pliers and tighten it back up. So I got to play handyman on an appliance that should have been fixed the day before. After waiting a couple days for the freezer to come up to temp which it never did. So yet another call to AAA Appliance, another encounter with the rude secretary. I had to wait for the technician to call back and questioned again for me to somehow give them the answers why my freezer is still not working properly. On the next appointment the technician says the fan was blocked be a small piece of cellophane. All good right. Oh that would be so simple nope again woke up to water on the floor again now knowing that it's my job to repair what the technician loosens I just tighten the hose back down. Fast forward a week. And the temperature is warm everything in the freezer is defrosted. Which is worse then the original problem I had. At this point I feel like I'm in the movie Groundhog Day, call into AAA Appliance another encounter with the rude secretary and wait for the technician to call back. Another appointment set. Now the problems is freon is low so he filled it up. But remember the unit is less then a year low on freon hmmm. The technician said he would call the next morning to see if he would need to plug a hole he would have to discuss it with the manager. No call the next morning but it did seem to be getting colder so I didn't call back. Well that lasted for about 48 hours. You guessed it another call to AAA Appliance the rude secretary said I would have to wait for the manager to call because she didn't see why I was still having a problem and was told he wouldn't be in the office for 3 days. I asked what I was to do in the meantime that I still do not have a working unit. At that she said she wouldn't deal with me any more and was canceled any service calls to be done.

The technician did not complete the job full . I had a floor contractor working at the time the AAA tech arrived. He just walked in (my garage was open) did not speak to anyone and left. When i called the company they say its their policy. As i was explaining to the lady at AAA about him not finishing the job and not talking or asking for me she cut me off. When i tried to call several times i was put on hold. Their attidute to customers is poor. I will also complain to GE not to use them as a subcontractor.

The negative reviews have to be from people named Karen or Kyle... This guy was great, came out, charged me for the service call and said it's not worth the fix. He then told me everything to stay away from when purchasing new ones. He let me know my dryer was on the way out as well and he didn't need to.

Chuck at AAA Appliance is great! He does amazing work and is very thorough. They are prompt with returning calls, provide excellent customer service and educates the customer during the process. I highly recommend AAA Appliance!

Service above and beyond. Jim has been here twice, and each service call was completed efficiently and without excess expense. Always get a sense of good ethics and truth from AAA.

Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator for my elderly parents from Lowes that utilizes AAA's service. AAA attempted to repair twice with no success.
I asked for another service repair company but unfortunately, AAA called me back. The initial woman I spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful, but the second woman that called me back after that was rude and hung up on me. Some customer service, showed up twice and couldn't repair and then she hangs up, real professional outfit. Would not recommend.

Our microwave wasn't working properly. It was only a few months old. I called GE. They had me schedule with AAA Appliance Services. I described the issue with the microwave, hoping they would be prepared.

The morning that the technician was supposed to arrive, he called and said that he did not have the right parts. They would need to be ordered. So, basically I reserved 4 hours of my day for nothing. Frustrating.

Then, the technician proceeded to ask if I was home alone!! I told him no, even though I would be. He then said that it was because he would need help taking the microwave down. 1. That is beyond creepy! 2. I've never had a technician ask for help in doing their job. That aside, if he needed help, wouldn't he have just asked if I could help him? Why ask if I'm home alone?

Maybe he did just need help. Maybe he misspoke. Maybe not. I don't know, but either way, I was quite put off and I scheduled with a different repair company.

Excellent service, kind owner and tech! I felt I was treated and charged fairly and their communication was excellent. On time, friendly, and fair. Will use again in the future for sure. I do not see how other people have rated them lower than 5 stars. I have used other companies before and I liked AAA the best.

The ice maker on my Frigidaire refrigerator (purchased new Sept. 2014) went bad in just over 3 months. After discussing warranty service via Frigidaire, AAA Appliance was listed on the Frigidaire site as the most local repair place to perform the replacement. After speaking with the technician that covers my area, we agreed what the root cause was and he immediately ordered a replacement ice maker. As promised, he called in the following morning to inform me that the replacement ice maker arrived and to schedule a service visit.
The technician arrived per the schedule, replaced the ice maker assembly, took the old one and left. The whole process from contacting them, to scheduling and install, and paperwork (which was minimal) was quick and painless.
    There are 2 reasons it's not 5-star.
    1) I wish I could've just been sent the part and replaced it myself rather than having a technician scheduled, take time off work, etc. It was literally 2 screws and an electrical connector that I was more than willing to tackle myself, but had I touched the fridge the folks at Frigidaire would've "voided the warranty". So, while Frigidaire's process is outside of AAA Appliance Service's control, it begets the other issue why it's not 5-star.
    2) The technician tracked mud all through my living room. Even the most evil corporations in the world (ie. cable companies) send their contract technicians out with booties or some foot covering to prevent this issue. It was a dry day, so it was pretty surprising all the mud that actually made it to the carpet. Maybe the prior service call required a hike through a mud bog? I don't know, but it took longer to clean the carpet after the technician left than it did to replace the ice maker.
Therefore, my suggestion for AAA Appliance Service would be to have a little more consideration for the more, fastidious, customers and get the technicians some booties or make it policy to remove their shoes during a service visit.
Aside from that issue, the communication was prompt and service itself was very good.

Had appointment for Monday 8/23 to have dishwasher repaired, got a call on Friday 8/20 and asked if they could come the next day, on saturday, during weekend, i told them no i had plans, but if Monday was a bad day, i am home during the day and could be flexible but please give me 24 hr notice so i could schedule my appointments out appropriately . I didn't receive a phone call from AAA Appliance all week, and after calling today, i was told i refused their appointment time (on a weekend that we are not home) so when asked to schedule again, they wanted to schedule during Labor Day Weekend, i said no thanks unless you can give me an early time on Friday morning. i was told i was was not being flexible, or accommodating. They would cancel my appointment and i would have to call GE to find another servicer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I Will go out of my way to ensure no one I know uses this business, ever!

They always have the parts I need IN stock and it's a local family business. Sure, I could order parts from Amazon but AAA has advice, and sometimes you might not be sure of the part you need. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase my parts from them. Also they are friendly and very prompt, that makes a difference to me.

We had to schedule appointment with AAA since our GE dishwasher broke and GE directly recommended them. Wish we would've know. These people are most unreliable and on top most unethical people. We could clearly see, they've been lying from the day one. First they said, they ordered wrong part, and kept us hanging, then said part was delayed. Meanwhile, kept pushing our appointments. Fast forward, now when they have a part, they are keeping us hostage, as they know we do not have any other route, GE sent them a part. Now with each passing day, they tell us the technician will call in the morning, and guess what? nobody calls. Upon our call, we are told they've been very busy, and tech would call next day, and same episode. Have never seen such an unethical and crooks in my life before. Very unprofessional, and now I know why there are so many 1 stars. Like others I also wish I could give them NEGATIVE STARS
