Friendly & excellent customer service

We purchased a new furnace/central air from service experts. Had them out every 6 months for maintenance checks, kept up with everything as we should. Four days ago our AC went out, called them and were told they no longer service our area. They didn't have a problem servicing our area when we gave them a large sum of money to install this unit we currently have. We were just told by a certified HVAC technician that he has NEVER seen anything installed like this before and shook his head. He could not believe "professional" installers actually did this it's so shoddy. Please stay away from this company, I wish I had gone elsewhere and not wasted my money on this garbage.

Matt and Steve did a great job getting our furnace in before the weather got colder. Even installed the AC so everything ran well together. Knowledgeable. Reliable. Friendly. They’re the experts - even with all the old stuff they had to reconfigure for my house.

Very efficient and flexible to get the job done right! Problems were solved quickly and fixed to my satisfaction!

Zackary did a great job. And Geisel responded on the day I called while another company could not give me an appointment for days.

Roy F. was very friendly and professional. It would appear that he really cares about his customers and the company. He was knowledgeable and helpful about suggestions for units future preventative maintenance and protection for the winter. Little gems of information go along way and I appreciate it. I feel so impressed by him that I requested him for my next routine service call. So if you are looking for someone who is a quality individual Roy is the man.

Malik Rahman did a very good job diagnosing the problem with my boiler then referred the job over to a technician who specializes in servicing boilers.

Carter did a wonderful job getting our heat back on. He had the right part, installed it and our furnace was back in operation.

Malik was on time and knowledgeable. He took the time to provide superb maintenance for my furnace. I am all set for this winter season! Thanks!

Clinton was Stellar. Took a bit to find the problem with our radiant heater, but he stuck with it and got er done. Pleasant and professional.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our furnace and the service. We’ve had our furnace for three years now, install was great and it’s worked fine ever since. We just had our first seasonal check up and Andy was great, informative, professional, thorough and took the time to patiently answer all our questions. Heading into another weird Cleveland winter with no worries about heating!!!!

Zachary Tollett inspected/tested our backflow device as required by RLCWA. He was on time, professional and performed the task with minimal disruption of our business.
I would highly recommend Zack and Geisel.

Roy came out in March and did a thorough check to our furnace. He found a critter nest that could have been there for a while as the last couple techs didn’t even open the panel. I was about to give up on Service Experts but feel that Roy was their saving grace. I definitely feel that we got what we paid for with the service plan….finally.

Alonzo came out today for a repair call. Thankfully he had an opening since the weather is turning cold. He was super professional and so kind. He worked hard to diagnose why we had no heat. He also found a critter nest but thankfully it was outside! He resolved our issues in a timely manner and our house is already warming up.

Both of these men are definitely an asset to Service Experts and have restored my faith in the company after a few techs that seemed to always do the bare minimum. I always delayed scheduling my appointments because I was afraid of who they might send. From now on I will be asking specifically for either of these fine men! Thanks guys! (Sorry I didn’t get a picture of you Alonzo! 🤣🤣)

So gland this company was able to accommodate us right before the holiday. Zackary, did an exceptional job can in evaluated the situation and completed the job. Left the area immaculate. Approachable, outstanding customer service.

Geisel has been my service company for a few years now. We always get prompt, professional service. Have also had them do some plumbing work on our 1941 built home. Always a great job done by competent, pro's.

Don and can did a fantastic job replacing clogged sewer lines in our home. Very professional and friendly guys. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
