Had a HVAC heat pump/ac system installed by EH Roberts in 2002 in a home with only baseboard heat and no ductwork or ac. Have been with them ever since. Never tried to sell me anything that was not actually needed. Now on our second system with them (Bryant) and no complaints. Have the twice-yearly service plan which is (in my opinion) a bargain. Chris, who usually come out, is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend them.

They called set up a time and then called again asking if it would be alright if the serviceman was two hours early. Dustin was the service man, very knowledgeable and very informative. I having worked for a furnace company was very comfortable with his explinations and throughness of his work. He kept me well informed of what he was doing. It was a systems check for winter. I can assure you he knew what was going on and made a couple of corrections for improved heating. I am very confident with this company and will have them back should the need arise, although with my knowledge of what he was doing I am confident that I will have a warm and comfortable winter.

Samuel Yeaman did a fantastic job on my water heater. He had to make some modifications and they look great and it's working great! He was very thorough and explained everything well. Thank you!

I have had Service Experts install my heater, AC and water heater. Did a great job and very professional and clean. Dustin has been doing my maintenance service for the past 2 years and he is always efficient and explains everything.

They came out to help me figure out why my furnace wouldn't kick on despite it being quite cold outside. Dwayne and Randy were in and out in 30 minutes, identified the problem and fixed it for us with no fuss. They were marvelous. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Randall and Jeff were my service technicians today these guys were very thorough and informative with information that was pertaining to the service that I needed. The work I received was quick and sufficient. They provided me with information on set up with the materials, and also a maintenance program that would be beneficial to the proper use of my furnace thank you guys for a job well done.

Randy did an excellent job servicing my HVAC equipment! He took photos and explained everything to me, including future maintenance I will need. He arrived right on time. Scheduling my appointment was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly! I will definitely call Service Experts next time!

Dwayne R. and Andy F. arrived when they said they would. They were courteous and friendly. Dwayne told me about the maintenance+ membership which I accepted. This saved me the trip costs. They could not get the part that was needed for my furnace but Andy returned the next morning with the part and completed replacing the pressure switch. These service men called before they arrived at my home which I appreciate.

We had a great experience with service tech Sam Yeaman! He was on time, checked both our furnaces, was knowledgeable and courteous. We have been using Service Experts for years and have been very pleased.

Dustin and Randy helped us out with our furnace/AC today. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and went out to get us a new filter because our old one was filthy. They even showed us how to change it. Very helpful and friendly and I will definitely continue working with Service Experts in the future.

We had an issue with our tankless water heater not heating and Service Experts was able to schedule us in the next day. Matt and Sam were great techs. The water heater started back up and they explained the reasons why it may have gone off, and did some preventative maintenance to rule out potential causes. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with Service Experts and have a service contract with them. They call to schedule your appointments, are always on time and very pleasant & accommodating to deal with whenever I call. Our serviceman, Alonzo Hodge did a great job today and spent a long time making sure our A/C was ready to go for summer. He went out of his way to explain things to us and made note of a question I had for the fall tuneup. Highly recommend them.

He was very friendly and he showed he was knowlegeable of the furnace that he was working on.

Jeremy, Matt, Steve and Austin were our professional experts and did an amazing job. They were quick, friendly and took alot of pride in their work. Not only did they fully install a ac unit, furnace and hot water tank in one day (even though we were told possibly two days!)they also took.time to answer all questions and educate us on the products and how to use the new thermostat. The price alone was enough of a selling point, but these guys were amazing in their work and ability. We look forward to their continued maintenance services and we have ready spread their names to family members. Thank you sincerely guys!!
