The furnace quit on us early Sunday morning. I called Fairview Heating and Cooling, and Matt came over within the hour as promised. The motor needed replacement, and being a 60 year old furnace, that is not a part you can just pull off the shelf on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning, Matt called to say he purchased a new motor, and was coming right over to install it, which he did just that. The repair was done in just about an hour, and the bill was half of what I expected.
I have been an aircraft mechanic for 39 years, and I know quality work when I see it. I highly recommend FAIRVIEW HEATING AND COOLING!

Fairview heating and cooling replaced our boiler system and I am very happy we chose this company!!! Everyone involved in the process from answering the phone, the estimate we got , to the service and follow up was knowledgeable, very respectful, and pleasant. They kept everything very clean and cleaned up any mess that had been made in a timely manner and appropriately. I also had many other estimates from several companies this one was very reasonable , effectively done , and with great service.

We hired Fairview Heating and Cooling for the extensive and complicated job of installing a new hvac system including all new duct work in our home. We called 3 other companies for estimates. 2 never got back to us and the third company's price was no where near as fair as Fairview's. In addition to a fair price, Matt and Gary were professional every step of the way, and their employees were kind and courteous. We had a great experience start to finish!

When we discovered our air conditioning system was no longer working this spring Fairview Heating and Cooling did all they could to accelerate the timeline to replace. The work was completed on schedule, the quality was very good, and the technicians were polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC work.

I highly recommend Fairview Heating and Cooling. Matt Gibel is extremely efficient in setting up his appointments and prompt in replying to a customer's request for service. With my A/C problem Matt was very persistent in trying to repair the unit, even during the recent severe thunderstorm.
He and his technician, Ashton, worked tirelessly during the rain to diagnose the problem.Though it required a follow-up visit to finally resolve the issue, Matt found the time in his busy schedule to fit us in. Thanks for your help.

They’ve done few hvac projects for us, Matt and his team do a great job.

The first visit was a guy that looked like he was 16 years old and another guy Matt. They said they cleaned my furnace. One hour after they left my furnace was blowing cold air again. They came back a week later and fiddled with my thermostat. One hour later it still was blowing cold air. They now said that if they come back again that they would charge me again. I still don’t have heat. Do not trust this company

Took 2 trips for them to tell me my furnace didn't work and needed replacement. Completely ghosted me for 3 weeks after telling me they'll send me a quote to install a new one

I cannot say enough good things about Fairview Heating & Cooling. Very quick response time, amazing customer service, and reasonably priced. Matt was able to fix our very old unit and save us on a 90 degree day. We’ve used them for over 10 years and would recommend them to everyone.
